Well booked a caravan with Julie for September cannot wait most people would want the deposit there and then but Julie has kindly waited till we got paid thank you see you soon

We stayed in Julie's 6 birth last year the caravan was clean and comfortable lots of space and Julie had thought of everything.we needed for nothing.she made us feel very welcome...my whole family is coming with us this year we have booked 3 vans and we can't wait...I have also booked for next year aswel �

Julie vans are the best I have stayed in

We stayed in 2 of Julie's caravans now and had the best time. The caravans had everything we needed & more for a holiday. Very homely and comfortable. Julie was great and catered for everything we needed including our dogs. Thank you so much Julie, see you in June my dear �

We have just had a wonderful stay in Julie's caravan..it was beautifully clean and very well equipt ..very very homely ..Julie is lovely and nothing is too much trouble for her ..we will definitely be going back ..Thank you Julie x

We had a brilliant week in one of Julie's vans. It was really homely & spacious and the big bed was so comfortable. Julie is such a lovely girl and takes real pride in her caravans.....she even ordered a sunny week for us!! We will definitely be back as they are such good value at a time when everyone else seems to want to rip you off.

Today we have arrived at one of Julie’s caravans we were blown away by what great value for money it is it’s stunning everywhere is clean and everything you need here ! My kids are loving it also are little dog is ! We can’t wait to return a few more times this year julie is very helpful

Thanks for letting me stop at your caravan overlooking the fishing pond. The caravan was well equipped and clean. Booked again for end of June.

Second time we've stayed in one of julies vans, always in immaculate condition when you arrive, fully equipped with everything you need, always on hand if you have any problems, very lovely and welcoming lady ..... to say we stayed in a dog friendly van you really wouldnt have known!! Absolutely spotless! Its been so nice even with the snow and how cold it was just to have a couple of nights away from the norm! I would highly reccomemd giving one of Julies caravans a try (she has 6) definatley a 10/10 from us � keep it up Julie you're doing a fantastic job! Hope to see you again in the near future! Myself and my family stayed in Julies caravan for a two week holiday with our dogs. If I could give this caravan a 10 star I would. We had the best time. Julie accommodate for our every need. The kids and dogs loved mablethorpe so much. There is so much to do for everyone,and so much is free. The beach and Queens Park was the best fun. We loved the caravan so much that we rebooked for next year before we left. Thank you Julie my dear,we'll see you again next July. <3

Lovely modern, clean pet friendly 8 berth caravan. Julie the owner makes sure everything is perfect & nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended

Just home from a week away at Towervans, Mablethorpe, staying in one of Julie's lovely caravans. We had a great time... Because of the not so great weather, we spent a lot of time in our caravan. We had everything we needed! Well equipped kitchen, loads of storage for our stuff, dvd player and selection of movies. Even some toys found under the kitchen sink by our 2 year old! Also managed to get 2 caravans close by, as we went with family.



Caravan had decking, was clean and tidy. All beds made up, shower room was huge in comparison to many other vans we have stayed in.



Julie was warm and welcoming. Nothing too much trouble.

Just arrived and what a lovely caravan. Got everything we need to have a great break. And Julie is absolutely lovely so welcoming. Looking forward to our weekend and future breaks too :)

I am coming to stay here in August. Due 2 a couple of bad caravan experiences I asked Julie if I cud pop by and have a look around. I was NOT disappointed. The caravans r perfect, the site is clearly v well maintained, nothing is too much trouble 4 Julie who is somebody who takes pride in her vans & gets enjoyment out of making families happy. My family & I r counting the wks til we stay & r already looking at next summer :-) x

Had nice quiet weekend in one Julie’s lovely caravans Julie welcomed us at gate showed us to our caravan and couldn’t do enough for us always on hand to help highly recommend Julie’s caravans

Had an amazing week in one of Julie's caravans . The Caravan the site and Julie were fantastic . Would recommend to anyone . Thank you so much Julie for a lovely week looking forward to next time

Came for bank holiday weekend with our two pups. Absolutley loved it. Julies vans are gorgeous and spotless. Julie is so welcoming and helpful. Will deffo be back xx

Arrived at Julies 8birth caravan yesterday. Was met at the gate by Julie herself who is just lovely she took us to our van and What a lovely surprise it is so clean and well looked after with a beautiful view of fishing lake. Already enquiring about next year. Highly recommended. You provide a fantastic service julie xx

Absolutley fantastic holiday Julie looked after us all week she was always at the end if the phone with suggestions fir days out where to eat etc and the caravan was lively so clean and homely everything you could wish for was in that caravan thankyou J&M fir a lovely week
