Just taken delivery of my 2nd jack lilley motorcycle,from the Ashford dealership, a triumph america. The service I received was exceptional . No pressure sales from John Cullen who listened to my finance needs and put together a deal that was spot on. Great service from the spares dept, who ordered some accessories for me, which arrived within 2 days. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff who took the time to acknowledge me and have a chat.

Jack Lilleys are without doubt the BEST motorcycle dealer I have dealt with- bar none! That's why I have bought three new Triumphs from them since 1992! Just one story to illustrate - my Daytona 900 got totalled by a complete twit on a scooter - Jack Lilleys took it in and stored it for me...it took THREE YEARS before the insurance sorted it out.. I asked JL how much they wanted to have my lump of a wreck cluttering up their showroom for 3 whole years...Answer? ... Absoloutely nothing! Nowt! Nada! ...because I was a valued customer! Beat that! I only popped in for some brake oil yesterday but the guys that served me were so engaging I stopped for a while for a chat & now I’m thinking of a new bike , they explained options & were very helpful , the new place is a far cry from the old place in Shepperton which sadly I’m old enough to remember well , I’m rather smitten by the new bobber with Ape Hangers too lol �thanx Guys

I live in Sydney (Aus) but when I need spares for my Triumph I order them from Jack Lilley (in England) because they are always cheaper and they get here faster than if I buy them locally. That in itself is amazing but it gets better.



One of the bits in my last order was a mirror. 5 days after ordering, the box arrives. When I open it the mirror has several cracks across the glass. There was no mention of insurance and Jack Lilley were under no obligation to help but I sent them an email this evening to let them know.



Literally within minutes I receive an email from the other side of the world apologising for the damage and letting me know that they have ordered a replacement for me which they will be shipping free of charge.



That is why Jack Lilley get my vote! They have consistently impressed me with their parts service and amazed me with their customer service. Unbeatable!

Absolutely first class service from the guys at Jack Lilley in Ashford. Bought a used Sprint 1050 ST from here which looked to be in excellent shape. Unfortunately within a week the alarm would keep going off for no reason, to the point that I had to take it and leave it there overnight �



However the very next day without quibble they replaced the Datatool S3 alarm for a brand new S4 version and the bike was ready to collect by the afternoon.



Thanks to everyone from sales, accessories and servicing for the help to get me back on two wheels after years with a bike that I can feel confident about.

A well presented shop. Excellent staff with a vast amount of knowledge. My husband has just bought his second bike from them, and Tarquin made the whole experience seem effortless as they dealt with all the paperwork, so nothing for me to sort out.

Just been told been by a member of jack Lilley staff "that because my bike is a 09 Speed Triple that Triumph would not be interested in it" , because it's 'old' I'm sure that's not the case.

This was while hunting for luggage attachments. I said I was interested in Kriega luggage , he said they only deal in triumph, I'm open to suggestions. (Noticed luggage is engineered by Kriega , there was a label on rucksack in the shop !!, he didn't even point out the Triumph luggage stand and on the ruck sack I picked up, there was a label that stated "Engineered By Kriega".

No helpful information at all.

The worst service ever!!!

I had an accident on my Street Triple R in March and I'm still waiting for a front wheel.

Last update from Triumph Motorcycle:

“Marcin, First I apologize for any delay you have had in getting your wheel. It appears you are a UK based customer so I have checked the UK warehouse for the wheel in question. It does appear these wheels are currently out of stock till 23 May. If you let me know the dealer who ordered it for you I can check to see if it may have shipped”

I've been already waiting 6 weeks and now I will have to wait at least 2 more. Two months to get new British wheel to my British bike in the UK. It's ridiculous! It looks like some joke but unfortunately it isn't.

It was my first Triumph and the last one. I was going to swap my bike for a bigger one (Speed Triple) later this year but I don't want to waste months to get new parts. Next my bike will be made in Japan or made in Germany. No more Triumphs!!!

I have to use public transport and pay for my insurance / road tax..... Triumph could fit wheel in different colour temporary or provide me with any bike.... I am extremely unhappy with your service and how you treat your existing customers.

Be aware of Triumph Service!!!!!
