Offering in all levels of Mat-Pilates & Dynamic reformer, personal training in one 2 one or small groups and back injury & rehab.

I have been teaching Mat Pilates for 13 years. I teach at various studios in and around London from dedicated Pilates studios to local leisure centers.

I teach Dynamic Reformer Pilates in around studios in London.

I am also the First AirControl Pilates teacher to set up in London.
