I am fortunate that most of my customers come from recommendations, whether from customers or others in the animal industry. Many of my customers come from the local area including Baldock, Letchworth, Luton and Stevenage.

I have been involved in the grooming industry since 1986. I started working with dogs at the Blue Cross Welfare Trust where I first learned about dog behaviour, and then trained in King's Lynn where I received my Dog Grooming Certificate. I finished off my training at Vardaloo Pet Hotel, Elstree where I became manageress for several years.

I also received my Kennel Management Diploma, then started my own business in 1994.
