Vénus flamboyante! The small display case in the Jerwood Library currently features items in our collection related to French 20th century composers Lili Boulanger and Henriette Renié, linked to a Venus Blazing concert featuring their works by the TL Symphony Orchestra at Cadogan Hall on 28 June.

Works by Clara Schumann feature in Sunday's #VenusBlazing King Charles Court takeover! Between performances, why not pop up to the second floor and explore our Clara Schumann exhibition in the library foyer? You can learn more about the 'Queen of the Piano' in our blog post.

Our small display case currently focuses on the choral works of Judith Bingham. The accompanying blog post describes her influences which range from sea shanties through Bram Stoker's Dracula, a summer in Greece and the Irish Troubles. If this whets your appetite, TL's Chamber Choir will be performing works by Bingham and others as part of the #VenusBlazing series on Thu 28 March at 1pm in St. Alfege's.
