I love the brand love the products the customer service I've received over the years has always been great! I'd never go anywhere else thank you Jessica for your years of consistency within your brand x

I love the Jessica brand and won't use anything else. However, had major problems with 'pink cadillac' gel polish, i had to take it off the shelves, customer service was rubbish when i called to speak about it. No one else has had the problem apparently and i had to BUY another bottle. Which has the same problem anyway! Will be speaking to my rep about this next week!

Amazing product on the whole though!

I like how Jessica polish leaves your nails shiney with no need of extra top coat, there are a fab range of all different colours and its forever bringing new colours and new ideas to the public's eye x

I have worked with Jessica Nails for over 15 years and I love it. We have had teething problems when Geleration was first launched but we couldn't of had anymore support if they tried. I wouldn't have any other nail brand in my salon x

Huge range of colours and over eight years experience in doing Gel Nails!

Ive been using jessica for 10 years now. Ive just recentley purchased the new zen spa range and have to say the microdermabrasion foot scrub is beautiful but unfortunatley is far to thick to pump through the stick. Therefore resulting in me having to unscrew it everytime i do a pedicure. And as you can imagine it than makes the bottle and the whole process quite messy to get out. I also have to say that i agree with Siobhans review about the colours being watery. I dont use the geleration for this reason and felt like i was having to apply many layers of polish to get the colour depth. But in terms of the polishes i use i noticed this problem approx 2 years ago, again resulting in me having to apply a few coats. My final issue is that i sell alot of the midi colours and obviously like many of you will know there is no point in me purchasing any of the large ones to use in the salon, if my clients cant buy a midi to use at home for maintenance. Many times i have fancied trying new colours but unfortunatley jessica always say "we dont do that in a midi" Before i take an hour out of my time to choose through colours, to than be told you dont do them in a midi, it would be very helpful if the ones that arent avaliable are stated in the brochure. With jessica repeatedley telling me i have no rep in my area i have proceeded to just carry on. I absolutley love jessica and would never change. I just feel being a good customer of jessica for over 10 years that my feelings are thought about. Xx

Very disappointed with rep not showing up twice.... costing me 2 hours of potential service time. GELERATION several colours fade, polish takes extra time to dry always. Thinking of moving brands.

I've been using Jessica GELeration for 5-6 years and loved the product at first. In the last year however I've been extremely disappointed with the quality of the gel. Many arrive and the consistency is very watery. Colours are inconsistent every time I order. My rep continually tells me she's "never heard of this before" yet I know several other salons in my area who have also reported this problem to her. I have recently started using shellac and have to say I have yet to have any issues with this. Highly disappointed with the service from Gerard international regarding complaints and also the support from the rep.

Bought the life jacket polish recently. Applies and dries with a cracked and grainy appearance.

Doesn’t dry well either.

Disappointing for the price!

I bought my first polish a week ago and it's terrible!! It is so soft and does t seem to dry properly. I put it on about 5pm, went to bed about 12 and when I woke up I had imprints of the bed sheets in my nails!!! Dreadful overpriced rubbish.

Hard to cure, even on a warm dry day. Like the other poster, allowed 4 hours and still not hard.
