Pretty decent not bad !

You get more information out of a frog then you do these losers. Even after making a formal complaint, all I got was obvious lies and more delaying tactics. Shame there isn't half a star for 'piss poor' as regular 'poor' doesn't quite cover it.

I can't understand why the Merchant Navy Officers Pension Fund ever signed up to this lot. Shame on them. Dreadful at communications. We were never given a vote. Just a fair accompli ....steer well clear if you can

Had a problem with my Legal & General Pension which took over 3 months to get to a position to resolve where I had to tell on numerous occasions that they had made a necessary change. They then asked me to repay an amount of money that they had over paid which was for 3 months payments but did not take into account tax. In fact they made the change and only 2 payments needed to be refunded.

Their responses are slow and did not acknowledge their mistakes only to say they are proud of their administration services. Still awaiting a resolution. Don’t know why anyone uses them, probably because they are cheap and as a consequence lack resources.
