Very nice quiet pub.Great to find Samuel Smith's beer.The only downside was eating on the 1st floor and the gents toilet in the basement.

This is our favourite pub in London... the beer/wine is fantastic & the atmosphere is great 🍻

Proper old school boozer. Pub was nice too...

Nice bar, friendly atmosphere and full of history. A pleasure to sit and talk without having to shout above music and children. Good selection of drinks at a reasonable price. One of London's hidden gems would definitely recommend it.

Lovely place - friendly staff. It has a weird door between the two bars, which makes it quirky, but lovely nevertheless.

Lovely historic pub wasn't very busy when I went but the staff were very friendly.. nice beer and the food was lovely.. the only complaint is that the stair carpet need hoovering badly but would deffo go back 👍🏻

Been meaning to visit this pub for sometime, due to it's History. Excellent Beer, great range of Samuel Smith's and not too expensive for London.
