Went to get a muzzle with my dog today. They were extremely helpful and friendly and always want to chat about animals and my dog and it's so lovely to see they really care!

Very helpful and friendly staff! We went by to get our 10 week puppy sized for a harness and Jessica helped. I've never got a harness before so had no idea there was that many styles and she helped find the right one. I was carrying my puppy Dolly and she was incredibly nervous as it was her first time out but Jessica really relaxed Dolly and she flopped like she was having a little spa treatment �

Always a good service, friendly helpful staff. Good supply of bird accessories etc.

Needs more staff on the floor and more live stock regards to tropical fish

Probably the only PET store in history to refuse to show the animal which is for sale quoting that "it's against health and safety to take it out!" It's a harmless royal python not a poisonous scorpion! How can anyone buy a snake without even being able to look at it?????
