People often think that bone is hard, white and solid. Instead, this picture shows it is definitely not solid, it is alive and fairly soft.
Amazingly, your bones are being remodelled all the time and most of the adult skeleton is replaced every 10 years! You definitely are not the person you used to be 😉

Osteopathy can really help with musculoskeletal aches and pains. It is sometimes seen as being a bit "alternative" and on the fringe.
Although not available on the NHS, Osteopathy is actually seen as a "complementary" therapy by the NHS. The Cleobury Mortimer medical centre frequently refer people to us.
We are busier than you probably think.......

It's Christmas party season. We all know that alcohol stays in our system for a long time and that it can influence you the next day. You might find this infographic from the Darlington police force helpful. Remember we all differ in our ability to remove alcohol from our system.

Mostly pain is caused locally by joints, muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia and other soft tissues. However, less often, sometimes your internal organs can refer pain to other remote areas of your body. Have a look at this picture, if you are concerned then give me a call.

If you are concerned about cracking or crunching noises in your neck then this is worth a read.
Often, it is not a problem but the article advises when you should get it checked over. Give me a call on 07506 287191 if I can help.

really rate James, doing a great job at keeping me upright!! Thanks James!

User

Started having problems with stiff hips, compounded by falling off my bike, James provided me with advice on exercises to assist and I'm back in action after only a couple of weeks.

I concur with Sheila Brown, James is extremely professional, polite friendly and caring.

I was suffering from bad lower back pain, and after a couple of appointments with James my back began to feel much better. James gave me exercises to do, and explained what my problem was. He also worked on other problems I was experiencing, and am now almost pain free. I return every few weeks for maintenance treatments.

James is extremely professional, polite, friendly and caring, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Cleobury Mortimer is lucky to have him.
