You can come to the UK with a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa if you have access to £200,000 investment funds and want to set up or run a business in the UK.
Your initial visa will be valid for 3 years and 4 months. You will be able to extend your stay as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur for a further 2 years, before qualifying for indefinite leave to remain (settlement) after 5 years.
Partners and dependent children are able to come to the UK and join on this visa and are free to work and... go to school.

También puede solicitarla si ya ha invertido £ 200,000 en una empresa del Reino Unido. Debe haber invertido los fondos en los 12 meses anteriores al momento de presentar la solicitud.
Debe demostrar que realmente desea establecer un negocio viable en el Reino Unido.
Si no tiene un título que fue enseñado en inglés, debe certificar el idioma inglés al menos hasta el nivel B1 de CEFR (equivalente a IELTS 4.0 en lectura, escritura, comprensión auditiva y expresión oral).
Su visa inicial será válida por 3 años y 4 meses (si se aplica desde el extranjero) o 3 años (si se aplica desde el Reino Unido).
Podrá extender su estadía como Empresario de Tier 1 por otros 2 años, teniendo 5 años vividos en UK y así calificar para la aplicación de estancia permanente. También hay una ruta más rápida para calificar para la visa de estancia permanente como Empresario de Tier 1 después de 3 años.

You can apply for a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa if you have access to £200,000 in investment funds and you can prove that the money is either: • your own • made available to you by other people (‘third parties’), such as a spouse, partner or investor... • in a joint account with your spouse or partner but only if they are not applying for a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa
You can also apply if you’ve already invested £200,000 in a UK business. You must have invested the funds less than 12 months before you apply.
You must show that you genuinely seek to set up a viable business in the UK.
If you do not have a degree taught in English must sit and pass the English language to at least CEFR Level B1 (equivalent to IELTS 4.0 in reading, writing, listening and speaking).
Your initial visa will be valid for either 3 years and 4 months (if applying from overseas) or 3 years (if applying from within the UK).
