There’s no going back! That’s why we called our Judas #4 the KAMIKAZE issue. That’s also why our launch party will be held in no other place than a church. Yes, The Old Church - the only surviving Elizabethan Church in London nestled in the heart of Stoke Newington, will delight our liminal senses with its incense-tinged aura and surrounding 16th century cemetery.
This KAMIKAZE issue covers a range of topics, from discovering what ‘beauty’ means in a world where this very be...auty has been commodified and turned into a disposable and easily packageable product all the way to the subject matter of death and approaching the afterlife. We look into suicide in the LGBT+ community and how motherhood is both a beginning and an end. All of this with mutant sex animals trying to sell you stuff and the usual EXTRA-ordinary editorial photography.
Walk down the aisle with us. Tuesday the 3rd of July. 7-11PM for an evening of performance art, live experimental music, video projections and a glimpse into our lastborn Judas Magazine.

We’re really sad to hear that Wardour News is closing soon. Mr.Patel was one of the first to believe in Judas and his shop was the prime destination for fashion and independent magazines in London. Just another good retailer driven away by greedy landlords? We’re honoured to have been sold there and will cherish memories like these, when copies of Judas filled their window display on a sunny day in Soho!
