Going there for years, the girl at the door can be more welcoming and friendly as we all good regular customers, not point to be judgemental and not friendly!

Apart from the door unwelcoming I love this quirky place and the managers, bartenders and music is top!!!!

Been several times for the bottomless brunch it was well worth it and the service was really good x

Had amazing night here. But I think the bouncer that was at top of the stair was very aggressive & man handled people in a wrong manner. He actually pinched the upper arm of a friend to get her to move!!! Totally over acted his role!!! Even heard other complaining bout him while was in the queue for the toilet!!! Shame as was very good evening apart from that music was fab

Went for a friends bday. Had good time due company not the place . Good music but it was too loud . Food was very good but very small portions . Was on bottomless 2 hour deal . Drinks where slow in coming was like we where on a limited amount . Half the staff where lovely . The other half where rude and out of order . About half hour towarfs end of our slot we asked for our last bottle. We given glasses in stead which was fine but they gave us two short for size of our party . We where told we order after our time slot but we did not . Staff need learn to count .

The bottomless Bellini's kept coming, and as soon as you finished a glass they brought another one no skimping here

The food did take some time to come and some people who came in after us got their food first, when it did eventually arrive the fries were stone cold but the mini veg spring rolls were good and the Thai green curry and rice were fabulously tasty

Music was good and staff were friendly

Me my mum and my sisters visited JuJu over the weekend for my birthday, my sister booked through groupon and we was very excited for our lunch day with bottomless bubbles, extremely disappointed in the staff and overall layout for the lunch, we had such high expectations and just genuinely very disappointed.

Feel like we were taken advantage of as we are not from the area, on visting this bar last night the bouncer said there was no cost to get in, along came a woman with a clipboard and said it was ┬Ż20 for men, we paid it and she put the money in the back sleeve of her clipboard there were no tills or any record of the payment being made! Other than that the bar was nice and the music was good.

Went there for a private birthday party it was ok. A bit pretentious but that's Chelsea for you lol. Music was a bit too low but perhaps that's because the Dj could see the party people were trying to talk as well as dance lol. It was a nice enough club

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I thought we'd give them a try despite seeing many 1* ratings and cannot believe the lack of customer service training the 'director' and his staff have been given. Upon arrival we waited to enter the venue to then be greeted and told we would not be able to enter as we had already had a drink (a drink being 2 wines in another venue beforehand). We was then told we would be receiving a full refund, accepted this and left the venue only to receive an email today telling us we will not be receiving a refund and have since had no correspondence. If You plan on paying for a booth and traveling to the venue to only be turnt away then this is the place for you if not I'd recommend avoiding this monstrosity and finding somewhere elsewhere.

Landed from Milano and directly headed to Ju Ju just to see my friends that invited me to the party ŌĆśLa notte volaŌĆÖ, for which I bought the full 25┬Ż ticket few days in advance.



Not able to get into the club because I was wearing a pair of (luxury) sneakers, despite the ŌĆśbanŌĆÖ of sneakers or any sort of dress code was not stated elsewhere and several friends got couple of minutes before in with white sneakers!



Tried to liaise with the most rude, impolite and for-no-reason posh staff (from security guys to club manager) showing my ticket and making evidence of people already inside the club that were wearing sneakers, of course without even getting a fairly satisfactory answer



I demand to have the ticket fully refunded and I hope none of who is reading will ever even consider going there.

Very rude staff ruining a great evening. Had a table booked with a group of friends and agreed minimum spend. Very hostile entry while IDs were being scanned a waitress barged past us (thought it was a customer because it was so unprofessional). No one was at our table to take our order to we went to the bar and we were rudely told we could not order at the bar. After eventually ordering a bottle the waitress told us our minimum spend had increased to ┬Ż1000, with us eventually being asked to leave. Very snobby staff with terrible customer service and don't listen to reason.



Very disappointing experience and the place doesn't have a vibe to make up for the terrible hostessing. DJ wasn't great and kept cutting the music randomly too.



Some of the door staff get good marks though, which is why Juju's gets 1 star instead of 0 from me..

Terrible experience! Booked for brunch for 8 people and when we arrived we were firstly were ignored at the door left waiting for 15 minutes and then once acknowledged they had over booked didn't have our table which I booked a month before! The supposed manager was very unapologetic and said we can either stand at the bar which was full and only space for 4 bar stools with one girl that drunk she was laying on the floor or he said we can come another time! Once I expressed how un happy we were and it was not acceptable we then were offered to stand at the bar for up to 30 minutes to wait for another table to leave. For some reason we did stay and once we got our table which wasn't able to sit 8 people the service was terrible and slow. When we again after waiting asked if we were ever going to get our food we were told they had run out and we've literally got the scraps of the kitchen! With not even being there for an hour we left! We were told good things about this place and we certainly won't be ever coming back!

Ok if you want Iceland special... frozen food. Cheap drink not as fancy as they think they are! Rude staff.. refused refund - should go watch dog! DonŌĆÖt waste your time

If your looking for Iceland canap├®s and shluur then youv come to the right place, on arrival I was greeted by dumb and dumber to be seated at a table that looks like oxfam had turned it down. Then I was served what I can only describe as my dogs dinner followed by an imitation fizzy wine...if there was a 0 star review I still wouldnŌĆÖt give it that

I went there last night with a male friend. I hadnŌĆÖt been for a long time. I asked the doorman if we can have a look first before we get in and the black security man said no ŌĆśwe are very busyŌĆÖ (rubbish) after arguing with someone else at the door about getting in - they made us all queue....?! Eventually the Asian looking girl at the door let just my male friend in to look around. She wouldnŌĆÖt let us both in. Now my friend comes from abroad and has no idea of venues here. I wasnŌĆÖt allowed to judge the venue as I wasnŌĆÖt allowed to look for 2mins! He came out and we decided to go in as he politely said itŌĆÖs OK, me not knowing what that would mean. She made him pay ┬Ż20 entrance fee and there was hardly anyone in there.When I went out for smoking I kid you not, at least 4 different groups of people were being turned away. I couldnŌĆÖt believe it. All fighting with the security and the girl. I even asked her walking in why did you turn them away and she said the way they were dressed which was not true as they were all presentable - Why do you do that? It was awful for a Saturday night. We left around 1am and guess what ... the tall door security guy was fighting with another group of people who were refused entry, well suited girls and guys. By this time there were probably 10 people in there! There was an Indian looking man, quite round, floppy hair mid length hair, who seemed to be the manager wearing cream trousers I think. He was dressed very casually for the park! Hardly a standard of dressing up and for turning so many people away! This is awful door security and emptiness of the venue ruined our night. I should have been allowed to check it before we forked ┬Ż20 to get in! Also nowhere on your site do you advise you charge entrance fees. I want to check with the council if this is even legal taking cash at the door like this without legal terms, IŌĆÖm a barrister. After now reading all the bad reviews on here why is all these bad things still happening? You should have improved your venue by now....

I didnŌĆÖt have ID so she made me pay ┬Ż5 to get in and tried to charge my friend because I didnŌĆÖt have ID. Makes no sense, they make it up as they go along. I gave her ┬Ż10 and she asked if I wanted my change. Are you joking? Place is a sh**hole. We walked in & walked out. This place is so tacky, not worth a penny.

Horrible experience, probably the worst customer service in London.

My friend booked tickets for a group of eight for a hen's party. As I had to travel from Brighton, with train delays and bus route disruptions, I was the last one to arrive.

After spending 15mins in the queue I had to deal with the rudest person I have come across in my life and was told that I need to have a passport with me in an aggressive tone. I showed her a copy of an ID on my phone but she said that she needs an actual one. Ok, I get it they need to do this but I think it was unnecessary to be rude about it and give me attitude just because I didn't have my passport with me.

I kindly explained that I travelled for 2 hours to get there, that the person who booked the tickets for us did not mention that we need to have passports with us, that the rest of the group is already in waiting for me and that the future bride really needed that we are all together. She completely ignored me and wouldn't even listen to any of this.

I texted my friends to explain the situation so they came out and were surprised to why I was not let in as not all of them had their actual IDs with them but had no troubles getting in. I asked to speak to the manager who would not even look at me as I was talking to him, would not listen and was even more rude than the first staff member. My friend tried to explain that the rest of the group got in without having their IDs scanned and all he had to say was "Who did this? They shouldn't do that!You shouldn't be in!" So when he said that "This is the law, you have to respect it!" I got a bit confused about when we need to respect this law since it looks like there are some exceptions (group of 7-no ID's-no problem, when the 8th comes in it suddenly becomes a problem)

Long story short we all left, the girls were really disappointed and I can still not believe how rude these people are.

Save the hassle and go to Blue Bird just down the road. This is where we went and had a blast! Great atmosphere, fantastic cocktails and above all a great customer service!

Hated it not deserving of 1 star the door guy/security guy is a 4 foot tall 4 foot wide power tripping ego loser , he got off turning me away because I was alone.!!!!

Good topped up prosecco, decent food, and nice bar staff aside......experience completely ruined by immediate welcome (or lack thereof...) from door hostess. How dare we walk up to the entrance, open the blacked up windows style door, and abruptly be told to back up and get back outside to wait. Cue the additional 'eye roll' prior to us stating we had a reservation! Please tell the stump of a woman on the door as hostess on sat 18th Nov wearing horrific over the knee suede boots to try a little bit better with 'service with a smile'...! Surely there are nicer ways to greet your customers than shove them back out into the rain with a fustrated eye roll !? At 5.30pm nonetheless with no queue at all...
