What a great way to spend Mother’s Day! Had a fun time with lots of giggles at mummy bouncing...mums went free too which always help the pocket. As always, staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Victoria sponge went down a treat too, just lovely!! Thank you all �

Went on Wednesday with my 2 daughters. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful when they could see I was struggling to carry a baby and get my daughter ready. They held my baby and also helped me get my baby into the carrier. One of the staff also very kindly took my daughter to the toilet for me. Absolutely amazing especially when you are still trying to get used to going out with two children. Thank you.

As for the trampoline park, my 3 year old had a great time as always.

We went today and had a fantastic time. Every member of staff was polite and professional.

From the moment we arrived it was smooth sailing. The lady marshal today was incredible. She was amazing with my daughter and her friend. Making foam block walls for them to knock over before jumping into the cube bit. Totally made her day (that was her best bit) Even the staff doing the slush puppies made it fun. My daughter can’t wait to come again. Fantastic venue. Fantastic staff. Can’t fault it at all.

We took out autistic son on Sunday 7 may 2017 at 3pm. He had an absolute blast. The nice thing was they allowed my husband to have access to the trampoline area incase he had a melt down or needed help which The didn't have to do. Thank you to all the lovely staff at Jump Revolution and making my son feel comfortable especially to the lady at reception who took our payment. She was so friendly and had a little chat with him, she called him a little dude. He loved that and kept saying, mummy she said I'm a dude that means I'm cool. Thanks again.

We had our daughter Kara’s 8th birthday party at Jump Revolution last month and in her words ‘it was the best party ever’.

It was well organised from time of booking to the end of he party with regular email updates in the run up to the party to enable you to make sure food was chosen beforehand and waivers were all completed before the party day.

During the party the staff were fantastic, we were allocated a member of staff whom if we’d wanted to would jump with the children and make sure they were all ok, which was great as some children had never been before.

The food was excellent and the ice creams were amazing! Proper ice creams in cones not your usual scoops in a bowl!



Thank you to everyone at Jump Revolution for making Kara’s party brilliant and I would highly recommend you to everyone.

My son had his 7th birthday party here with 11 of his friends. On 06/05/17. They all had a fantastic time. Our party host was great very attentive and answered every question we have and was really good with the children. She bounced with the children for an hour and kept them entertained. After that They came to eat. The party room was a great bonus for us. It had an MP3 player with Bluetooth so I could play music from my phone. A disco ball for lightning. A low table with plenty of seating and a separate table for the cake and other bits to sit on. We got 4 pizzas included in the party package which were all homemade on site and I chose the toppings before the day. Also I was allowed to bring extra snacks which was great. The Icecream came in cones and the children loved them. Overall I fantastic party and place. I cannot recommend it enough.

My girls had a great time and can't wait to go again in the summer holidays. Highly recommended, great customer service from all the staff including the safety wardens who made the hour extra fun by having a laugh with all the kids.

Loved it !!! It's great for our family because it appeals to all ages as our kids are in their teens and we can take the grandkids with us !!! Great time had by all !! My only thing was the confusion with the waiver as it only states minors to add online and my oldest because she isn't a minor had to do it before she was allowed in but it's a minor detail !! Great place

It was out 1st visit to this one. Myself , my husband and our two daughters travelled over from lincoln and throughly enjoyed it. It was very clean, wasn’t to busy so everyone could get on everything. We didn’t eat here but we were served drinks by very friendly staff & were greeted in the same way. We’d definitely come back.

I was a bit apprehensive taking my autistic son here for the first time yesterday, as he is very anxious when we do anything new. I needn't have worried, he loved it and didn't want to come off. Luckily we picked a very quiet time and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly, particularly the ladies on reception. They turned the music down and calmed the lights for him - thank you so much, it makes a real difference when people understand you have a child with specific needs. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Have been to Jump quite a few times now with my Autistic son. The staff have bent over backwards to be accomadating to out needs - even helping us set up a Special Needs session. Its a great place to go and have fun for all ages. Booking on line is so easy and i can tell before i go how busy it's likely to be so i can avoid the crowds.

Brill place, helpful staff and beautifully clean! Kids had great fun and were knackered!

'Ooooh the wonderful thing about Tiger is Tiger's a wonderful thing !'

I was there yesterday with my wife and 2 boys. We arrived and at this point we needed to buy my eldest some bigger socks as he had outgrown his, why on line do you pay £2.00 but you can buy them onsite for £1.50. Also you have to watch a safety video telling you of the does and don't s which I fully understand, however when the kids go and play the staff don't take a blind bit of notice that certain kids are going against what was just shown on the safety video. I think your staff need more training before there is an accident!

Area for play good but the staff were at one point all stood together talking, my grandson came with a party he doesn’t like pizza was offered sandwich but maybe something else hot as alternative would be an idea. Staff on front desk very helpful place nice and clean.

Have previously been to Jump Revolution with my two children and enjoyed, so my daughter wanted to book her birthday party there for mid June. I contacted in March to provisionally enquire, then called 10th May to confirm and book. Two weeks and several phone calls later and I've spoken to multiple different members of staff, all of whom cannot confirm anything without manager approval and no manager has apparently been around during these weeks. Promised call backs / emails with confirmation multiple times and never received.



I have now given up, and booked her birthday party at another venue; this other company had an age restriction for the chosen party, and took under 5 minutes to confirm that my younger daughter would also be allowed to participate under adult supervision, booked and advised of the headcount and arranged for party invitations to be collected this afternoon to be distributed at school tomorrow and Friday before school breaks up for the half term.



Suffice it to say, the contrast between dealing with this other company and dealing with Jump Revolution has been remarkable, and I cannot recommend Jump at all. Very poor customer service and total lack of followup.

Went to planet bounce again today, absolutely awful! Last time I visited my son kaylan aged 5 was allowed to bounce by himself with him being such a big lad and also as he’s almost 6 the staff allowed him to bounce without an adult! To which today they told me I couldn’t. So I had to pay £17.50 to sit there !!! I then got myself a drink as there was no difference me sitting near the trampolines to me sitting on the chairs like all the other adults, for my son to be sent of ! We’d been in there 15 minutes so I asked for a refund as I was leaving, and was refused absolutely awful, not only is it over priced staff are rude and was all staring at me, and they can’t make one rule one day an another, for another, well we’ll done jump revolution not only have u ruined my and my sons Christmas Eve u robbed me of £17.50 and left me with a very upset son. Never again will we visit and I’ll make sure everyone I no doesn’t either ! Worse place ever

Disgusted! Attended today with my 4 year old daughter, and she got singled out straight away when we got on the trampolines, because she had the incorrect socks on apparently (she had socks on specifically designed for trampolines with rubber grips on the sole) just they wasn't bought from here, so told they were not allowed due to insurance purposes, and was asked to purchase a pair of your socks @ £1.50 which I didn't agree with, and I was told this information is listed on your website. I've checked your terms and conditions and it does not state that only your socks must be worn for insurance purposes, all it states is that your socks must be worn for grip and hygiene, the socks she had on were more than sufficient for grip (better than the socks you provide) and as I refused to pay to buy some socks your staff offered me a second-hand pair out of lost property, how is this adhering to your t&c for hygiene?? And to top it off when we returned back to jump, people were there using their phones which it clearly states in your safety video they can't, and yet your staff were happy to let that carry on, along with other people not adhering to your rules, which are clearly stated in the safety video!! Fair enough if you want people to wear your socks, but make it clear, it's not stated on the waiver signed and it's not stated on your safety video! And if your going to single out a 4 year old for her socks then make sure you single out every other child and adult not adhering to your rules!!!!

Last time I visited my son kaylan aged 5 was allowed to bounce by himself with him being such a big lad and also as he’s almost 6 the staff allowed him to bounce without an adult! To which today they told me I couldn’t. So I had to pay £17.50 to sit there !!! I then got myself a drink as there was no difference me sitting near the trampolines to me sitting on the chairs like all the other adults, for my son to be sent of ! We’d been in there 15 minutes so I asked for a refund as I was leaving, and was refused absolutely awful, not only is it over priced staff are rude and was all staring at me, and they can’t make one rule one day an another, for another, well we’ll done jump revolution not only have u ruined my and my sons Christmas Eve u robbed me of £17.50 and left me with a very upset son. Never again will we visit and I’ll make sure everyone I no doesn’t either ! Worse place ever

Disgusted! Attended today with my 4 year old daughter, and she got singled out straight away when we got on the trampolines, because she had the incorrect socks on apparently (she had socks on specifically designed for trampolines with rubber grips on the sole) just they wasn't bought from here, so told they were not allowed due to insurance purposes, and was asked to purchase a pair of your socks @ £1.50 which I didn't agree with, and I was told this information is listed on your website. I've checked your terms and conditions and it does not state that only your socks must be worn for insurance purposes, all it states is that your socks must be worn for grip and hygiene, the socks she had on were more than sufficient for grip (better than the socks you provide) and as I refused to pay to buy some socks your staff offered me a second-hand pair out of lost property, how is this adhering to your t&c for hygiene?? And to top it off when we returned back to jump, people were there using their phones which it clearly states in your safety video they can't, and yet your staff were happy to let that carry on, along with other people not adhering to your rules, which are clearly stated in the safety video!! Fair enough if you want people to wear your socks, but make it clear, it's not stated on the waiver signed and it's not stated on your safety video! And if your going to single out a 4 year old for her socks then make sure you single out every other child and adult not adhering to your rules!!!!
