STILL TIME TO BOOK* How to Deal with Anxiety & Depression: Through Mindfulness & Meditation in Kensington Sat 28 July with Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Gomchen
Although there is a lot of material progress and technological development in the world, it seems that as a society we are becoming more anxious, depressed and unhappy than ever before. An endless pursuit for happiness from external means and a heavy reliance on external stimulation has left us with little room in our mi...nd to experience real peace. We will learn how meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to address these internal problems and to cultivate genuine peace of mind. ❤️✨😎
