My hubby got me the day spa with afternoon tea and 3 half-hour treatment for my birthday and it was very nice! Staff were very welcoming and friendly, facilities are great. I really enjoyed my treat!

Mum and me had a perfect rejuvenating spa package here on Tuesday. Thoroughly recommend as a treat for someone. I cannot fault anything with the day. All the staff were very polite and welcoming and we felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. We had an amazing lunch with champagne and a couple of treatments each. All in all a perfect relaxing day.

Lovely spa with a nice pool temperature and jacuzzi. Also steam and sauna and relax quiet room. Great to go and just chill

Your staff really should be more aware of the fact that you have guests present who are looking for a relaxing time and that their conversations in the corridors echo. We had no choice but to listen to 4 or more members of staff loudly sharing stories and laughing, at length, about their Saturday nights. This was particularly loud in the "snug" room which is the "quiet space" it spoils the restful ambiance of the place.
