Dear valued EPOC customers
We have received some negative feedback regarding our machines.
We are a Japanese owned business that utilizes a Japanese karaoke system. Unfortunately this makes things a bit difficult for our non-Japanese customers when using the machines.
... We take, and can take, several steps to ensure you have a comfortable experience with us:
- There are English instructions within every room - Staff are always happy to walk you through a how-to - You are welcome to come in at any time, if the rooms are free, to see how the system works before securing a booking - We have song books in which you can get a taste of the selection before booking - If it is not busy, we are happy to help you queue songs
In regards to having the latest hits, our system will update with about 200 new songs every month, however, again, as it is a Japanese system we cannot guarantee that popular western songs will be available. There are however approximately 8 thousand English songs already on board!
Please, don't be afraid to ask us any questions. We hope you enjoy your next visit to Karaoke EPOC.

Price is cheap compared to other places and is in a good location so have no qualms about it! :D

Good selection of Japanese and Korean songs! Since the new management took over, it is easier to book online and they now accept cards! Can't wait for the next time!
