Before I became a caterer, I used to be an actress on stage and on film. I often had terrible experiences with unhealthy, unreliable catering services that were provided on set. So much so that I began cooking myself on the sets I worked on.

This experience made me want to set up my own catering business, so I did.

In that time, I’ve come to realize that nothing beats fresh, seasonal food that is put together with love.

I will never make boring food, as it’s simply boring to cook.
