Karma Au Pair came about from a Host family-Au Pair partnership and exemplary relationship between an English family (Kerry Morgan, London) and a Spanish Au Pair (Lydia, Seville). The idea of building Karma Au Pair came after forming a great team within the Plan of Exchange Au Pair. Kerry and Lydia were able to make extensions of the Host family and created bonds that were more than they could have ever imagined. They were able to realize the full potential for wonderful bonding and the great experience that the Host Family - Au Pair can acheive.

With Karma, and considering our experience, we want to spread the Au Pair Exchange Program so others can enjoy this rich and positive experience. We want to help to bring together all those interested and hopeful people who are willing to open themselves to a rewarding adventure starting a new chapter in their lives. Facilitate an exchange in which two plus two equals four and foster a synergy between all participating parties to make their life much easier.

Karma Au Pair nace de una relación ejemplar Familia- Au Pair, entre una familia inglesa (Kerry Morgan, Londres) y una Au Pair española (Lydia, Sevilla). La idea de construir Karma surge tras formar un gran equipo dentro del Plan de Intercambio Au Pair, convivir, conseguir que dos familias ajenas convivan como una única, involucradas para crear lazos que estaban más haya de nuestra imaginación, y por último darnos cuenta de la gran experiencia que estamos viviendo y el valor humano que se fomentan entre Familia-Au Pair.

Nosotros con Karma, basados en nuestra experiencia, queremos propagar el Intercambio Au Pair para que otros puedan disfrutar de esta manera tan rica y positiva la experiencia.
