We had an amazing night both on the rooftop and in the downstairs bar. Frida and addy looked after us all night and were the friendliest staff we've had look after us in a long time. I've never felt more comfortable in such a high class venue. Thankyou for such a nice experience

The Cocktail bar staff could not do enough for us and the drinks were great

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel whilst working on the Fierce Angel music promotion. Nicely located in the centre of London allowing easy access to pretty much every main attraction which makes this hotel such an ideal stop-over.

Had the pleasure of photographing the the 'FA' event which started in the afternoon on the roof terrace. Fortunately we managed to picked the warmest August Bank holiday in living memory which complemented the Balearic house session on the roof. I have noted that many have complained about drinks prices but having partied in practically every top named club in Europe I would not say that the prices are that extortionate, yes pricey but no more so than any other hotel or venue of this calibre. In all honesty if you are staying in a Luxury hotel you expect to pay higher prices, if you don't like it stay in a Premier Inn and pop off to Wetherspoons !

The evening event which was held on the ground floor in the restaurant area was equally excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful from reception to chamber maids to bar to kitchen. All rooms are well appointed and priced accordingly and on par with any other establishment in this class. They proudly display their winning certificates for winning Best Luxury Hotel on several occasions. Quirky this place is but comfortable, nicely and interestingly decorated. All meal prices are more than reasonable and in all honesty I expected prices to be a little higher. Great stay, great venue for a party.

Bedrooms very comfortable, well appointed with all you need. If there is a music event on downstairs then you need to be on the third or fourth floor but this isn't all that often.

Outstanding boutique hotel in a fantastic location. Great room and the comfiest hotel bed I’ve slept in for years. Loved it. Highly recommended

User

London's best hotel for all the right reasons and is truly the only place to stay when in London.

Outstanding staff and stunning hotel suites and delicious food in the resturant and such a cool vibe always on the stunning roof bar. 10/10

User

It’s an amazing hotel with the friendliest staff and owner. It has loads of personality and if you are doing the theatrical Darshan it’s the very best place to stay at. Attention to detail and great food. We’ll be back!

I was just served by a gentlemen called Adi!

He was the most attentive and kind bar attendant I have come across in London. He is a credit to your company, and I will bring my friends mad family here.

Thank you for a first time great experience!

Great place. Friendly staff. Awesome rooftop bar

User

Great hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean, good A/C. Would recommend it for a stay in London.

User

That's an amazing hotel, perfect location and really good atmosphere inside! I was attending NYE party, actually I was quite happy to be there. But, there were too many people inside, even when the tickets were quite expensive. The queues were really everywhere...also it was announced as a masquerade party, but nearly the half of the people wasn't wearing any masques at all...Nobody cares about this, to be honest...anyway, hopefully next time the organisers could be more attentive and won't let inside everyone who'd like to pay for the entrance having no idea how to behave and what to do ;) Happy new year and see you next time! Cheers, JP

User

Attended a Fierce Angel party here and had a great time , the area the party was in was relaxed, comfortable and staff were attentive, the toilets were clean and overall a lovely experience , don’t forget to save though as drinks are exspensive but you have to think you are in the heart of London

User

Stayed here for my birthday. My room wasn't ready at 2.30 but the room I was allocated was lovely. However after returning from a shopping trip found our room suddenly STANK of cigar smoke. The receptionist said it was due to a regular guest that always smokes cigars on the rooftop terrace and the smell had come from the vent. We were immediately upgraded to a suite.

We had some lovely bar snack/meals in the restaurant area that were tasty and very reasonable. I ordered the Sanctum signature hotel that tasted 'ok' but looked like a drink that had been left from the night before and separated. Our waitress was really lovely though.

Our room was a tittle tired and I found a couple of lights didn't work and our street side room was really noisy with street fights and police sirens almost all night. At 1 in the morning I thought I would watch a film but it was impossible to change channel or select a film. As my husband was sleeping I couldn't get staff in to sort it. I was told it needed resetting on the wall - my friends TV was the same in her room.

The rooftop terrace had no atmosphere and the cocktail bar, despite few people there - had no limes left. A cocktail bar with no limes...

Breakfast was included in our room price and I was looking forward to a full English. It turns out it was just a continental, which was ok.

It's expensive for a shabby hotel. It could be so much better with a good clean, an overhaul of the electrics, some staff with personality and cocktails actually worth £13 a pop!!!

User

Overpriced drinks and the audacity to add service charge.

User

Nauseatingly expensive (and under par) drinks and below average service

User

well that's #embarrassing for the #owner booked this place well in advance n they could not get it right after 3 goes! n there was no customers there apart from us they must of been busy lol. don't recommend this place. Was disappointed as we were looking forward to it. -0 out of 10

they even said they didn't get our though when refunded the money our order was printed out also they mentioned that the order they had was for two females n a male.

Customer service was extremely poor to pay top notch!

wouldn't recommend this to anyone travelling to visit London or my friends that live hete.

Was with a party of 10 one of the meals were undercooked one had no fish in the Shell's 2 of the burger buns were dry so all in all not a very good experience. Two members of staff were fantastic chatty very attentive to our needs . Later found out the the female waitress had been fired . Started to have a bit off a laugh and was told to stop as they had a VIP group coming in . On leaving the restaurant we had a table booked in the comedy club downstairs and was told we couldn't go in so we lost our money . So won't be going back .
