The psoas muscle, often referred to as "the seat of the soul" within Taoist tradition, is thought to be intrinsically linked to many of the body's functions. Therefore the condition of this muscle is closely linked to our health, vitality and emotional wellbeing.

This is the result from yesterday, after one treatment using lots of MFR (Myofascial Release) and some trigger point work on the right QL! When she arrived this client was struggling to stand upright, was massively pulled over to the right and her spine even appeared to form an S shape. You can see from the picture on the right that her spine is much straighter and there is less tightness in the right Quadratus Lumborum (QL) (there is less of a crease in the right side of her... waist). She walked out much more easily and in less discomfort.
