Reviews
“It’s not easy to see unconscious social biases. When one begins to look closer, one often feels shame, blame, or guilt. We need to be willing to feel it so we can go beyond it.”
Ezen a mindfulness konferencián érdemes részt venni idén nyáron.

Mindfulness may be a useful tool to endure monotony and isolation; may be very useful in the future in long duration space flights to Mars.
Ever wanted to live healthy ? You don’t know how to? Here is science telling you not to shower so often, don’t drink your coffee and run after the bus with your heavy bag on your shoulders.
Commit to what matters to you.
These three days are spent working with the ESA biomedical engineers and the Eurocoms. The ground crew’s tasks, psychologically speaking are extremely complex, fast changing and diverse in nature. Their role is to train, support, communicate with and the astronauts on the International Space Station. From teaching the astronauts handling and fixing parts of the space station, providing them with information needed in real time, thinking one step ahead of them, monitoring life... support systems on the ISS and the data related, keeping in touch with other professionals, switching between tasks swiftly and understand and express what they need to communicate briefly and effectively in different languages, while handling emergency modes efficiently and talking with the astronaut in a human way, among other things. Continuous attention, focusing and doing in the present while inhibiting any unimportant information and responding to the relevant ones in an effective way; truly impressive.
