Wow the best dessert place ever!!! The staff and atmosphere was just awesome i really cant wait to get back there! Hmmm the fresh waffles and crepes smell soooo nice and the cookie dough wow! Thank u Kaspas Ipswich!!

Truly amazing with so many choices of flavours and desserts my first visit really impressed me with the service and style of the seating areas very retro but I love it good prices good food can't be any better

Too good! Fresh hot waffle and cookie dough and to top it off I ordered a Oreo milkshake and you can actually taste the Oreo because they put good amount of Oreos and not stingy not like other places!!

This place is absolutely fantastic!! There is always somebody at the entrance to greet you and make you feel welcome. Staff are friendly and honest with waiting times. Desserts arrive at top quality and are so delicious!! I would rather wait a little longer and get my money's worth than for it to be rushed. Waffles and the crepes are cooked fresh which is why I love this place! I'll be back very soon!!!! :)

Love that if you when in with your mum on mother's day she eat for free so thank you food was good too

It was a spare of the moment to go for dessert and this is the first time visiting kaspas we was welcomed and seated very quickly orders was taken we didn't wait to long and we was amazed when your desserts come it was so fresh we couldn't eat it all we was so full would go again

Had the best experience at this place than any other kaspas. Staff are amazing, food was incredibl, favourite desert place I've ever been to. Definitely recommend!

When we first walked in so polite and accommodating said we would pop back when we did and got a different attitude the girl behind the counter see me but then made out to be busy for a few min before acknowledging me and seemed almost put out by serving us we then reported a fruit fly in the cake she put the cake to one side only for another member of staff to put it back on display upsetting as would be a lovely place to go

Over priced for what is a very mediocre sundae. Service wasn't exactly cheerful although the guy that greeted us initially, was nice enough. A 25 minute wait for two sundaes wasn't too bad as it was fairly busy. Don't underestimate the size of portions, especially for children at these prices. Maybe the waffles are better value. Won't be hurrying back however.

3 stars given thanks to the lovely dessert 🍨 customer service was awful...waitress bringing our order moody and almost threw dishes on the table...had lovely experience with one in Lewisham, not sure if I will come back!

What a disaster today not only did we wait nearly 30mins for a seat and when we did get a seat it was next to the window which I might add was very hot even to hot to put your hand on the table so again had to wait another 10-15 mins for another table!! Spoke to the manager and he couldn't give a rats arse what so ever!!! And then waited another 35 mins for our desserts �!! No organisation at all the staff were all over the place not sure I'd go back in a hurry !!!!!!!!!!!

Waited 30mins for two drinks then they tell us they ran out of ice. Everyone I saw here complained about the time it was taking to make their orders.

The food was ok but I must agree about there customer service.This was so poor just like others I have read,by the time we had finished our food we still never received our drinks. Rather do the takeaway must better.

The food is really good, although by the time we receive it, it is usually fairly cold.

But when busy, the place is a disaster. We waited for 40 minutes for two waffles. Everyone else got served and got their order before us, and left a long time before we got ours. There was like 7 staff in, half of them doing nothing and just wondering without any idea what is going on around them or what to do.

Eventually we got our order, but without even apologizing for keeping us waiting that long. Definitely not going back anytime soon, honestly, you are better off staying at home and making your of waffles/crepes.

Had to have money refunded as we had finished eating before our drinks arrived. I'd gone up to the counter to ask once already. The convenience shop down the road charged £1.50 for the same drinks I would have paid £6 for.

If a cafe gets you to pay before they serve food, it actually needs to turn up. I wouldn't bother again to be honest. Just wish I'd read the other reviews here first.
