Katsujinken Dojo Description
O-Sensei, Morihei Ueshiba, created the art of Aikido as both a means of self-defense and a path to spiritual enlightenment. This art utilizes an attacker’s momentum and the principles of internal energy to combat the aggressor with only minimal effort (maximizing efficiency).
