I've been meaning to write a review for some time & only just got around to it, apologies for that. I changed to this dentist when I moved & I was very apprehensive as I get very nervous. What a relief! What a lovely dentist, he put me at ease right away & made me feel comfortable. Thank you Jim Ousi . I have since recommended Keats House Dental Surgery to family& friends who also think this dental practice is brilliant. Last but not least, what a great team you have, the nursing staff & receptionists are so polite, knowledgeable & extremely helpful, I just can't fault them. Keep up the good work guys. Well Done!!

Good service as always. The receptionist's always manage to get an appointment that suits me,all staff are polite and friendly and this is definately the place to go if you have a 'fear' of dentist.

I had a massive phobia and didn't go to the dentist for approx. 40 years then it all came to a head for me. Since that day approx. 6 years ago I have had numerous appointments, extractions, fillings, check ups and hygienist appointments. I have found most of them to be very understanding of my plight (even though it was self inflicted). There were a couple who didn't seem to "get it" and their approach was all wrong so, took bull by horns and refused to see them again. Overall I am now comfortable going every 6 months as long as I see my regular dentist who understands and "gets it". Thank you for getting me this far
