Kellys HIIT.. This is how I do!! No Zumba, Les Mills, Metafit etc etc, same shit different day workouts. This is authentically me. Every workout, every day of the week is different, designed 100% by me. I am driven by.. ... Empowerment Being different Building confidence Improving mental health & wellbeing Pushing peoples limits Personal growth Getting results And Hard bloody graft!! They aren't pretty workouts. They are challenging, gritty, sweaty sessions that beast everyone.. including me. My clientele range between teenagers/grandparents/beginners/advanced /soldiers/office workers/new mums/dads/runners/netballers/uni students, all sorts. Anyone&everyone is welcome. I'm not prentitous, that shallow shit means nothing to me. I want to educate and inspire. I want you to leave feeling absolutely bad ass!! Kelly's HIIT is unique. Thoroughly recommend Kelly's HIIT. Always a good atmosphere in the classes which makes it more enjoyable and not intimidating at all. Also done PT with Kelly which was really good and saw results. Kelly has also helped me cut down on sugar and helped me think about what I eat.

Since having had two babies (and lots of food) my body has changed. I got really stuck in a rut and did nothing about it. After hearing about KellyŌĆÖs classes I decided to give them a go. I was so low on confidence and was so scared to walk into a room full of strangers and start jumping about but I neednŌĆÖt have been. Everyone is so friendly and so not judgmental and also theyŌĆÖre there for the same reasons, to get in better shape physically and mentally. I couldnŌĆÖt recommend Kelly highly enough. SheŌĆÖs experienced, motivating and just a lovely person. The classes are tough as hell but so addictive and after 2 months my body has changed. Most importantly although I have a long way to go, IŌĆÖm feeling so much better about myself. GO TO THESE CLASSES!!

Kelly is really friendly and welcoming, it's not daunting walking into her class, you don't feel self conscious whatever your shape or size. Her class is high energy but she's so encouraging, her routines are challenging and clearly demonstrated, you can tell she's passionate about it what she does, she's knowledgeable and full of tips.

I'm so happy to have joined her class, she's an inspiration, I've lost inches already and can feel myself getting fitter.

After wasting money of gym memberships that I hardly managed to get to and if I got there wasnŌĆÖt motived enough to work out hard enough to see any benefit, working out with Kelly has really been an enlightening experience, which has helped me me lose weight, gain strength and improve flexibility and fitter than I've been of 20 years.



Kelly is an enthusiastic (without doing that irritating American patronising style) sensible and knowledgeable Fitness Coach who also shares a lot on motivation and nutrition when youŌĆÖre included in her member group.



Personally speaking it is also nice to be trained by someone who isnŌĆÖt just fit because theyŌĆÖre a 20 year old! SheŌĆÖs leads by example, quietly encourages those that struggle or new, adjusts moves for those that have injuries, and pushes those who she knows can do better.



ItŌĆÖs a class for all, female or male, old or young, fit or unfit. With so many classes on at different times and days I ironically go to more classes than I very did with a gym membership. There really is not excuse. Just Do It.

In four weeks of attending HIIT twice a week I am amazed at how my core and upper body strength has increased. This has really improved my running and sorted out a nagging sacro - illiac injury. Kelly is a great motivator and works you hard but is very sensitive to any injuries. The sessions are really enjoyable - would highly recommend. Thank you Kelly!!!

I started in January and my strength and stamina has really improved. I'm in my 50s with a few minor injuries and Kelly always makes sure I'm doing the exercises safely to suit my particular problems. You have to be prepared to work hard, but the classes are fun and the hard work soon pays off!

Great class, great instructor, great atmosphere. I went along to the class on my own and didn't feel intimidated at all, Kelly is really friendly as are all those who go too. She will push you but you will not be judged, alternatives are given and constant technique reminders. A great class for all abilities and a great workout, wish I could get to all of Kelly's classes.

After months of struggling to get back in 'the zone' with my diet & fitness I was recommended Kelly's Hiit class by my sister and joined the group in September.

I can honestly say I've never looked back since! The classes are intense but so rewarding and I'm really starting to see the benefits with both my body shape & fitness levels. Kelly keeps the sessions fun and informative, always happy to adapt the moves if your struggling and her encouragement knows no limits.

I actually look forward to a class knowing I'm going to push myself and get a huge amount back. It's hard work and sometimes I really bloody ache the next day but it's so worth it!

If your looking for a fitness class which can be tailor made to your own ability whilst pushing yourself to your own personal limits then I'd highly recommend you come along and try it!
