Lovely autumnal day - 1hr trips for 2018 end this Saturday

What an absolutely wonderfully relaxing and perfect way to spend an afternoon on the Kentish Lady river cruise. Highly, highly recommended, you simply must do this and....to top it all.....there is fish and chips and a bar on board!!

What a fab day! The perfect mix of historical info and expert horticultural knowledge at what is a truly beautiful castle. The two tour guides were fantastic and we were all very well looked after by the crew too! Highly recommended !!

We're over from Australia and took a delightful trip on the Kentish river onboard the Kentish lady and we loved every minute. Very serene and interesting to hear all the local history, great staff and Captain Nick was a world of information! 😀

We had a wonderful trip on the kentish lady today with our breatheasy group it was so very relaxing and the fish & chips were the best, all the staff are so friendly and helpful and the fruit was a lovely touch, we will be booking again for next year Thank you all

I travelled from Allington Locks today on a return trip with my husband, two young boys and my parents. We had a lovely time on the boat and got off at Maidstone for a little wander. I would definitely recommend it to anyone for a nice day out.

I had a great time at Allington Castle yesterday, it was great to be able to visit after such a long time. The crew on the boat were great as were the staff at the castle. Thanks to everyone, great day out, highly recommended.

Hired the Kentish Lady for our Golden Wedding Anniversary Celebration. Wished we could do it all over again the boat and staff were fantastic, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them even though we had 60 guests on board

Had a wonderful afternoon on the Kentish Lady, the staff were exemplary, I had my disabled father with me and they supported me getting him around even taking the wheelchair and pushing it so I could listen to the talks. Thank you for everything very much appreciated

Had a lovely day on the Kentish Lady it is the third time doing the 3 hour trip and again it was first class the team did a Fantastic job accommodating our group and made us feel so welcome. I really like the commentary which is interesting and informative about places that I knew from site but didn't know much about so it was good to hear more about them. The three hour trip usually takes you all the way to Teston however today there was a problem so we had to turn round at East Farleigh and journey back up stream to Allington which was great as it gave the journey a new perspective and the team handled the change professionally. I personally like the trip because you travel past our flats which adds to the fun. I would throughly recommend the Kentish Lady to anyone. Fantastic! Jack in Maidstone :-)

Had a fabulous afternoon with the Kentish Lady, river trip to Allington Castle and tour of the Castle and grounds. Very well organised, informative and entertaining. To have access to the Castle and grounds was very special, enhanced by the lovely trip along the river, all topped off with a very welcome complimentary drink and cake on the return journey.

Can't thank you all enough for the great time that we had on the Allington Castle tour. From your assistance, via email, as we planned our visit from Florida to the warm welcome and fantastic tour on the day. We had a great time and can't recommend Kentish Lady enough. Thank you so much for all you did to help us! It was a day for the memory books for sure!

A lovely relaxing journey on the river and the staff are friendly I would recommend it especially as I’ve been on the Kentish lady twice already this year and will more than likely be going on again before I Know it �

A beautifully kept boat - captain & mate lovely & cheerful & friendly. Great commentary with lovely scenic aspect. Fish and chips included in the price for the three hour cruise - and a great offer on pimms! Marvellous value for a great trip

Lovely ride and friendly staff. Only criticism is that “afternnon tea” was only a cup of tea and a prepackaged muffin. Apart from that, had a great day out.

Lovely little trip down the river when my sister and I took our elderly mother out for the day. the crew of the vessel where very helpful getting mum on board as she had her walker with her. we staid on for the round trip and had refreshments from the bar. all in all a very pleasant trip witch we all enjoyed. would recommend to anyone that goes to Maidstone to make this little tour along the Medway.

Had a lovely time in the sunshine although disappointed didn't make it to Teston because of East Farleigh lock being closed. Website bit misleading as although it mentions about East Farleigh lock it doesn't say will be turning round there, I just assumed it was an alternate route to Teston. Other than that great day out .
