Bette Davis ... an icon of the golden age of Hollywood black and white movies and a little bit of glamour to brighten up these squares this dreary evening. Watching an old movie of hers , I was completely entranced with her performance as Baby Jane.... actresses back then were completely natural ( except for the odd facelift maybe!) ... no frozen faces or chipmunk cheeks.
I see a lot of patients with lid laxity like hers( stunningly enhanced with smoky eyeshadow... #bettedavi...seyes ) and if youŌĆÖre some one who has the same and youŌĆÖre worried about your forehead wrinkles , then do seek expert advice . Ms Davis had a compensated brow ptosis and her forehead muscles ( frontalis ) are keeping her eyes open. If you were to depress their function with anti wrinkle injections , then the resulting brow droop would make it harder to see out of her eyes! Be careful whom you choose to perform these injections and make sure they carry out a proper consultation. Judicious use of small amounts of Botox high up in the forehead may be the only way to attempt to treat those lines .
