Went today with a 3 year old and 16 month old. Both had a great time. Lots to offer with a variety of interactive areas. Kept the children busy for hours. Staff were great at interacting with both children and set up regular treasure hunts!

We held my sons 4th birthday at Kikiland on Saturday and he absolutely loved it. The two girls who hosted it did an amazing job and really got all the kids involved. The food good and the kids all came away saying how much fun they had had. I would highly recommend a party at Kikiland.

We had a really great afternoon yesterday. The kids all loved it, and played for hours! The staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. They were setting up the games console for my older son, and changing batteries in toys for my younger niece. The toilets and the facilities were really clean and nice. Every where you looked, children were happy and engrossed in playing. It wasn't the loud, crazy soft play atmosphere. They could go crazy if they wanted to on the pirate ship slide, the bouncy castle and the trampoline, but they could also play nicely with the trains, the Lego and the dollies. The staff tidied and reset the rooms as they went, for the next children to discover. Us adults were happy too, as the children were so occupied, we could actually enjoy a proper chat. We felt very confident that the children were safe. We could easily keep an eye on them and access every where they went. I've often lost track of mine in soft play centres as they disappear down slides and tunnels, and could have run off in any of 30 directions. I didn't have that worry here though. You can even join in playing with them if you want to. We felt confident that the exit was secure, and no children would be escaping without a parent. We loved it yesterday afternoon, and a huge thanks to the staff that helped make it such a good time. :)

Took my 2 children here today (age 3 & 5) and they had a lovely time. We spent about 2 hours there & my children still didn't want to leave! The staff were very interactive, playing with my children, hide & seek and treasure hunts etc. Highly recommend & the two girls that worked there were extremely helpful (Gabby & Melissa). Thank you!

My son had his 5th birthday party here yesterday, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The girls who organised it were committed to making sure the children enjoyed themselves, playing games with them, painting faces and keeping them well entertained! Hadn't been for a couple of years, so a few changes in that time, but the children really enjoyed themselves and had a great experience! Thank you �

I visited today with my daughters and her best friend she chose as it was her birthday the girls were fab made them feel very good even gave her a party bag painted her face played hide and seek with them she came home one very happy 6 year old we have been a few times and will keep coming back keep up the good work ladies and thankyou for contributing towards my daughter sleeping well for once ☺

I visited here today with my 11 month old son & he absolutely loved it! Don’t get me wrong it is isn’t perfect it has its faults here and there, but there’s lots to do, the staff are lovely & so friendly & my son had an amazing time, will be visiting again soon ����

I really liked this place, I can't really understand some of the negative reviews I have seen.

The place is clean and well kept, much better than local soft play centres where the balls in the ball pits have a coating of black dirt on!

The two girls who were working are amazing with children and really took the time to interact with my little boy while painting pictures.

There are an amazing amount of toys to let children use their imagination and lots of toys to encourage physical exercise. Overall I think all children would have fun here :)

Had a great time with my 3 year old and baby. Loads of things to do, trains, dressing up, pirate ship, bouncy castle, disco room etc. Was here for the whole afternoon, all the toys seemed replaced and all worked fine for us. Lots of tables to sit down, not overcrowded in there which was really nice and staff were really lovely and helpful. Also had a cuppa and slice of cake which was nice too. Would definitely recommend!

Great for young ones when youve got a few hours to kill. Convient that its just in the mall, such a shame they aren't still doing the 'babysitting whilst you shop' but all round its a nice little play place for little ones.

Unfortunately kikiland has really gone down hill this past few months. We used to go all the time but now they seem to open as and when they please and if there's not many kids they'll close it early so you can never plan your visit which anyone with kids will know how much of a nightmare that is. I feel like were a pain if we are there not appreciate for the business like you would expect.

Took my 2 year old daughter here today! Staff were lovely but I think it's very expensive for what is here. £6.95! �� All looks a bit grubby, so won't be coming back I'm afraid!

Place desperately needs some love. My little boy does love it however due to slipping standards in hygiene and equipment it's no longer value for money, especially with 1/2 the place blocked off. Things are taped together with black tape and toys are falling apart. Paint chipping off. Cracks in walls and the rooms are now just thrown together. I feel all time and effort has now been put into the new pre-shool and maybe you should consider closing off and having it as a preschool only basis. Either that or invest a bit of money and have a refurbishment. I'm now unlikely to return as there are better, bigger more value for money alternatives about. It's a shame.

Everything was old, Worn out and tired looking. Lots of the toys needed repairing or replacing, instruments didn’t work, dressing up area was virtually empty and dirty. The cafe area floor needed cleaning. It’s a shame because the staff were friendly and helpful. I won’t tame my granddaughter there again

All I can say good about this place is - the entertainers were great.

BUT: It was so much better before.Very disappointed. My son had a birthday party, no place for parents to sit, no place for coats. Guest who had a scooter was told to carry it around as there was no space to leave it! Also most of the time there was noone at the cafe to buy drinks. They wouldnt even leave sandwiches on the tables for kids to grab more, had to go and get them myself. Never again having a party in there! Oh yes and the phone line was down so was unable to contact them all day

Rubbish. Tbh I thought this was place was ok untill you give your review on the place and you get called a ‘tramp’ for it by staff ! always stinks aswell. Hardly any staff around. And realllyy overpriced won’t be coming her again

Visited kikiland on 24/9/2016 at 2 pm by 2.35 I wanted to leave with my 3 kids as staff was not very helpful sitting around having there face painted by other and over heard one of the female staff say how are we going to cope and fit everyone in as there was also a que behind me . It cost me just under £12.00 for all 3 kids and there was nothing really for them to do as one part of kikiland was blocked off due to a nursery being placed in and a party happening in the cafeteria area there was no where to sit and not a disabled friendly place as I'm in a wheelchair felt like all the visitors to kikiland where on top of one an other due to the shortage of space available! Staff are all crb checked but the why the communicated to each other was outrageous and all looked very miserable when serving or approaching a visitor! The is no advertisement in windows regarding the massive change inside of kikiland and also to state is under new management I could just tell this by walking in kikiland and feeling the atmosphere around me ! I most certainly will not be coming back her due to staff shortage , attitude and space availability I'm also appauled by how my kikiland land charge for what there is to use!!
