as we are heading into the festivities this monday will be the last class until next year where we have the world class european champion Brian totty take our class , this class will be 7:30pm until 9:00pm , hope everyone can make it along to this class and show there support we understand it is coming into the holidays and a lot of people have stuff on extra hours at work shopping kids family etc but all the support for this class would be great , we will also have a new class schedule as it comes into the holidays which will be posted shortly

Some of the pictures from Road to Glory 9 last month. Never got the results but this was a great show regardless and here is some of our guys in action.

Unfortunately the guys never got the result we were hoping for last night at road to glory 9, however they did take away many positives and the experience of being in the ring.
Would like to thank all those who came to support both the guys and the gym.
Would also like to thank stevie for having us on the show.
... And would like to say a thank you to all 3 opponents who gave the guys a great fight and showed great sportsmanship throughout.
