To get us back on track, tomorrow’s class is all about re-energising, working on our inner vitality & stamina. We’ll stimulate the naval point (our powerhouse & storage for our reserve energy banks), which will bring energy to all the meridians of the body. The effects are immediate & you’ll be ready for the weekend in no time at all. There are limited spaces available in my floating studio, so please let me know if you want me to save you a mat. If you can’t make it to class, try breath of fire for 2 mins through your left nostril & 2 mins through your right, then finish with 2 mins through both. It will instantly #reenergize you.
