Kyles team has always helped me out when I've needed jewellery. I live in Nottingham spots not always easy to go to them. I've used the watsapp service and had jewellery made to my design. I send them pictures of what I want and outfits I'm wearing, they design the jewellery. I've always been pleased with the service and the jewellery.

I went into Kyles last week, I was clueless of what I wanted and really stressed about it... As I had no idea of what would look good with my outfit. Behind the counter was a lady called Shaz who asked me how she could help me I told her I was stressed and worried she just smiled at me and said 'don't worry your in the right place'

luckily I had my outfit with me she saw my outfit and made some good suggestions from their new collection She was very friendly and patient with me, spent over an hour listening to me fussing....

I am very happy because Shaz helped me choose the perfect jewellery for my Nikkah which is next week I can't wait to wear it... If you go to Kyles which I recommend you do,Shaz is the person to see.

I visited the store today & purchased wedding reception jewellery. Mariah the lady who served me gave me a fantastic consultation and she was so nice and helpful. She really listened to me when I told her what I like/dislike. The only thing which made me feel a bit unwelcoming was the receptionist who was quiet rude and frank, but I still enjoyed my 1:1 experience. I can't wait to receive it in the post! I received excellent customer service at kyles collection London showroom (Green St) from the minute I walked in. Farah Khan was amazing- not only was she honest in her advice, but she used all the designs which would fit my look, my dresses and more importantly she only suggested the pieces that were required. Created a comfort zone for me and really made me feel like royalty!

Excellent advise and service received from Nisha & Manjna. Nisha transformed my Adidas Stan Smith trainers into something very royal and sutiable for my wedding day.

They also made my matching neckless, ring, kalgee which all matched the design on my trainers.

Cant explain what an amazing job the Kyles team done with my wedding jewellery. Not only did I buy my sister brought two sets for my wedding, and they were so beautiful. The the team went out of their way to ensure the sizes of the products were in proportion to suit my sister (as she has smaller features than me)



Alhamdulillah from start to finish Kyles team were super helpful and listened to everything that I wanted, I left them to design my jewellery. They left me speechless, the jewellery they created was beyond perfection. The colour matching to the way it looked with my outfit �� The great thing is I can use my jewellery again � all thanks to the ingenious staff at Kyles.

Booked an appointed with Farah who was absolutely amazing she was so honest with her opinions her customer service was really good. The set she helped me pick came out really nice. I would recommend anyone going to Kyles to book an appointment with her as her service was excellent.

I love their bespoke service and their variety of jewellery. The stylists know exactly how I want my jewellery to look like and recommend the best combinations to match my outfit(s). I also buy Kyles jewellery as gifts for friends and family, and they love it. The final product looks amazing. I will be coming back for more jewellery!

Went into the store to look at what I could get for my wedding. Not a single person was there, empty shop. Waited.. Nothing. Shitty service. Never will I go back.

Disgusting customer service from the Forest Gate branch. You spend nearly over £500 for just a necklace and you get awful customer service. Stuck up sales women who are ignorant and rude. Never come to this store ever again.
