About La Fitness (Orpington)
LA fitness Orpington has a 20 metre heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room for members to use any time of the day. If you prefer a workout, you can use our fully equipped, air conditioned Cardio and Free-weights area, or you can take part in one of the 50 + studio classes we hold each week.
Facilities aside, our staff are employed and trained to deliver the LA experience, and help you achieve your fitness goal through one to one programmes, Crew Classes, Workshops and a full review process. Please feel free to call in and try the experience for yourself, we look forward to your visit.

Dear Members,
Please be aware that the men’s showers will be temporarily closed tomorrow, Tuesday 19th January to allow essential maintenance works to be undertaken to the floor tiling.
Please note the men’s changing rooms will remain open during this time.
... The showers will reopen at 8am Wednesday 20th January.
During this temporary closure the wheelchair accessible shower facilities will be available for use.
