Located in Camden Lock Market we operate Mon-Sun depending on the weather conditions.
Neelu our Head Chef and ex graduate from the prestigious Institute Of Hotel Management and Catering, Mumbai has over 5 years of professional industry experience.
Cooking to her is a passion that comes along with experience, practice, research, and the love of only using fresh and mostly local ingredients.
We specialize in Events Catering, Music Festivals, Park Fairs, Office Parties, Private BBQ's and Markets.

Jack Daniels Pulled Pork
Smoked Paprika Ribs
Traditional Hog Roast

and more depending on the clients needs.
Jack Daniels Smokey Pulled Pork is prepared by marinating the pork shoulder with a dry rub (home made spice mix) for 24 hrs followed by a slow cooking process between 6-8 hours, till the meat is absolutely melt in the mouth tender and is easily pulled apart by a fork
Served On a Freshly Baked Artisan Roll or a Khobez Wrap
