After Monday's fail at 120Kg Squat I decided today was the day. 1st Attempt was a complete fail. Lost it at the bottom. 2nd Attempt I got spotted back up. 3rd Attempt finally got it. For the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to lift 160Kg for even one rep. So after my working sets I decided today I had to pull 160. What a difference some rest and a proper meal can do. #deadlifts

Consistency is key. When @nataliaeyres first started Ladies That Lift Barbell Club. I had to take her off the barbell and regress the movement to a 8Kg Kettle Bell Deadlifts. Now she is repping out 70Kg. It's not about where you start. Enjoy the journey and trust in the process. #ladiesthatliftclub
