We really wish the media would stop blaming cats for Toxoplasmosis!
Which is a person more likely to eat? A) undercooked meat B) cat poo
... This casual misinformation “spread by cats” is a little tiresome and causes people to give away pets out of fear of infection. It’s more accurately “spread by raw steak.”
Don’t eat any cat poop, wash your hands thoroughly after cleaning trays (or wear gloves) and you’ll be safe from cat-transmitted toxo 👍

Last week we organised a special High Tea party in our Cat Wonderland!
Our lovely guest joined us at Lady Dinah's in order to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the feline charity, International Cat Care !
We had a fabulous time raising awareness of iCatCare's work in the presence of our beautiful cat residents.
... It was delightful to be in the same room with wonderful people that share a mutual love for animals and their welfare!

Meet Cecil! 👋😻
This handsome boy is one of Mimi's 5 Wilde kittens that joined our cafe last summer, after spending the first months of their lives in our office. (Read more about Mimi and the kittens in our comments section)
We are a bit embarrased to admit but Cecil was originally named Cecily, as we initially thought he's a female cat. 🙈 As he got a little bit older, it became apparent that our little snugglebug was actually a Cecil, and here we are.
... Cecil is not fussy about types of toys, likes to often steal whichever ones other cats are playing with.
He has very cuddly moments and likes being approached when he is settled in bed to roll around for a tummy rub when he’s feeling affectionate! 💕
Cecil is very fond of Donnie and would always snuggle next to him for cuddles. He also comes over to any human that calls Donnie's name. In relation to other cats he is well behaved and he is not up to any mischief, but he will always stick up for his sisters if another cafe resident will get them upset.
He is a lovely boy that we all love dearly and he always gives back a lot of affection if you make friends with him! ❤✨❤
