We have a fully stocked sales shop and show room offering tools, equipment, fixings and much more from all the market leading brands catering for everyone from DIY enthusiasts to professional trades people. We also have an extensive hire fleet available for anyone regardless of whether you are doing a spot of gardening or building a house. Our in house workshop has qualified engineers that can repair and service your equipment as well as offering technical advice and spare parts for sale. Our staff are time served, qualified and ready to help and advise you so that you don't miss deadlines and can complete your jobs safety and efficiently. We are able to offer all these services as dealers and warranty agents for most leading brands with full technical support direct from the manufacturers themselves.

NVRS/2/240V 240V (UK plug)- Barcode 5027654552599 Sold from 1 January 2016 to 15 December 2017, date code 2016 or 2017
CRT/MK3 240V (UK plug) - Barcode 5027654552360 Sold from 1 January 2016 to 15 December 2017, date code 2016 or 2017
WRT 240V (UK plug)- Barcode 5027654056523 Sold between 1 May 2017 to 15 December 2017, date code 2017
Switches/router tables with a blue or green dot on the rating plate or carton are not affected.
What is the problem?
This wiring defect concerns the mains plug, which has been wired reversed L/N polarity. There could be a risk of electric shock if there was a short circuit in the product connected to it. There have also been some instances of the socket reversed L/N which could have a similar risk.
What should you do next?
Please call Trend Customer Services on 01923 249911 who can advise you of the check that is required. The switch can be be returned to your dealer or to Trend, where it will be checked, reworked if applicable and will then be returned to you or if necessary exchanged free of charge.
