... Fusion and Landvest Developments have struck a joint venture deal to build a residential development portfolio in London and the home counties.
The two companies have already concluded several deals together over the past 18 months.
They have also secured planning permission on schemes with a gross development value (GDV) of more than £30m and have a pipeline of other projects that together have a GDV of more than £70m.
The partners said “significant funds” had been committed to the new vehicle, which they said would result in the portfolio growing rapidly over the next few years.
The joint venture would also offer landowners “a very strong covenant with an established track record”, they added.
Fusion is a developer and design house focused on luxury housing in London and owns a portfolio with a GDV of more than £500m, while Landvest is a property company focused on land acquisitions.
They will continue to acquire sites individually as well as for the joint venture.
