Since 2011 we've been running Superstar Days - specially designed tours for children and adults with additional needs. From BSL signers, to wheelchair-skating on the ice-rink we aim to make Christmas accessible to everyone. Due to some of our large charity bookings releasing some of their allocation, we have VERY limited availability.

Yesterday was our 4th time at Lapland UK and it was our best visit yet!!! There were 17 in our family party and we were even able to have a picture of all of us with the amazing Father Christmas who made all 7 of our children have an awesome visit with him! The whole place is truly magical and the perfect place to create such wonderful memories as the Christmas loving family we are! Highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience real Christmas magic 🎄

User

Wow wow wow. What a magical day!!! My 5yr old and 3yr old absolutely loved it laughing and smiling all day long. Farther Christmas was just the best he really made the children feel excited about his visit on Christmas Eve. All the staff were amazing so happy and helpful. Have and will recommend to everyone such a great day out thank you

User

What a magical experience, took my sons age 7 & 3 and they were mesmerised as were we by the place. The attention to detail was spot on, the elves and all staff were fantastic. Wish I could go back and experience it all again without knowing what to expect.

It's well worth the price of the tickets and would totally recommend to anyone who has young children who believe in the magic of Christmas to go.

User

We loved LaplandUK! It was incredibly well done, the staff were fabulous and my children really do believe they've been all the way to Lapland it was pure magic.

If I were to nit-pick £40 for 4 hotdogs and 3 drinks was a bit much; but being from the north I'm not sure whether that's just the price of things in that area. It certainly won't stop us coming back!

User

We have been to Lapland UK twice now and had an amazing time during both visits. The attention to detail throughout is impressive, and even at 8pm after a long day all the staff were enthusiastic and completely committed to helping everyone have the best time. We had some issues with the timing of our visit and the customer services team couldn’t have been more helpful. I would really recommend Lapland UK, it truly is magical!

User

WOW... If you think this is a little expensive when you book, don't doubt yourself, Worth every penny, i took my 2 nearly 3 year old Grandson thinking will he really understand the day & what it is all about, He loved it, all the elves and staff made sure the little one's were very much included, The groups were just the right size so nobody was left out, all the children young and a little bit older were captivated. My fear was we would be rushed & funneled around with no time to take in the atmosphere, how wrong was i, from start to finish just an amazing day out, and Father Christmas, well he was amazing, My grandson was so excited sat outside his door listening to him Ho Ho Ho'ing ... you have created a magical place for families to enjoy the festivities. Well done & thank you . Merry Christmas.

User

Truly magical from start to finish!!

Our day started with a 6hr car journey after sitting on a closed M40

We missed our slot but on arrival we were quickly allocated a new time slot and told to go have a new check in experience so the children didn’t miss out

Every part of our tour was excellent, no finer detail missed

The children loved the whole day and it was worth every penny

As for Father Christmas- just exceptional. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced anything like it

Yes it’s expensive, but worth every single penny. MAGICAL start to Christmas

Thank you Lapland UK!

Truly Magical... 🎄🤶🏻🎅☃️❄️

We went on Christmas Eve....

5 kids 2 adults

Their favourite was ice skating!

The surroundings are amazing

You could smell Christmas everywhere

It sounds like a lot of money but you don't need to spend anything apart from lunch.....

I just loved every minute..

My lot ranged from 18 months to 9 years.... they all loved it.. came home buzzing.....

I would definitely recommend it as a once in lifetime experience...

User

So we started the day very very excited, this was our 2nd visit, to my complete horror on our journey my 6 year old decided to tell me he knows father xmas isn’t real and I deliver his presents! So I said decide at the end of the day what you really think....

So that’s were thous talks ended as you can’t leave Lapland uk without believing !

Nice little new details this year, loved the extra bits for returning again ( extra badge and an activity book ) brought the elf hat for when we arrived and my son loved this extra and getting his golden bell to go on it really made his day. This year he loved the ice skating so we spend a lot of time on there.

Bit of a delay when leaving the elf village at the allocated time and no one around to explain why. We loved seeing the husky’s and the Puppy husky was a highlight.

Father xmas was amazing, not delivered quite as well as last year but my son didn’t notice and was amazed, he did however spent quite some time talking to my son and didn’t feel rushed at all.

My son lost his toy factory badge (extra for returning) somewhere in the village, I asked a elf if we could get this replaced and no issue at all, replaced for free as we left, small touch but really made the day end well.

Thank you for another amazing day out, my son loved conker and keeps laughing at what a silly elf he is. He has gone to bed cuddling his new husky teddy a very happy boy.

User

Laplanduk you did not disappoint exceeded our expectations, attention to detail from start to finish was amazing! You completely won over our very inquisitive 8yr old ending with a visit to see the 'real' santa he was in total ore! Seeing his face was priceless! Can not fault our visit in anyway! Highly recommend and recommend a late afternoon/evening visit the dark adds to the magic! Totally magical #westillbelieve

Those still to visit, there is a post office in the elf village to purchase jingles any unused can be exchange back! Prices aren't too bad typical of such events! One free photo with santa per family which you chose, additional can be purchased! Free parking

I went on Sat 16th as my daughters partner was ill on the day....it was the most magical day....my granddaughter is 6 and loved it....so did I. ..it was beautiful. ...all the lovely smiling elves....each child made to feel so special. ...but when we walked down the path to Santa's house it was so exciting. ..marvellous day out...love Granny aged 60 .x

I took my 8 year old son today and we had the best day ever, the invitation was left by his Elf on Christmas eve morning, he was a little worried about how he would get there but with a little bit of magic we managed it :-). We went to Lapland in Finland last year and my son said he preferred the UK one, could be that Finland was - 30 when we went but his words were 'this was the best Christmas Eve ever, thank you for driving me here'. Was so so amazing and I would not hesitate to book again, absolutely loved it, can't put a price on making everlasting memories with children

User

I had booked for a group of 8 people to go to Lapland UK but due to the heavy snow we were unable to make it.

A few days after we were supposed to arrive I received a lovely email from them saying that Lapland are aware how disheartening it would had been for the children that were unable to make it that day and that they will be sending a parcel full of gifts for the children.

I wasn’t expecting much, but a few days later a VERY large parcel arrived and the children were so happy to find so many gifts inside for each of them. They had Husky teddies each, puzzle books, bauble for the tree, magic elf bells and a Conker the elf set.

For this level of thought and money to go in towards how the children were feeling I can only imagine how much effort they would put in on the day!

Thank you, the children were really pleased and excited whilst opening their parcel!

User

Good sides & Down sides to everything but overall for kids it’s magical but expensive.

Here’s a few points to note:

Every detail is thought of from booking, invites the lead up to it and arrival. It can be busy and although it says it is covered take a waterproof coat in case of rain. We was soaked and very muddy / slippery... don’t wear your best shoes !! Listen to the story on arrival as it guides you to the shops - we forgot our elf bells so had to ask staff to help us!! Santa is brilliant and my kids loved him & the presents we got beautiful cuddly husky’s and they are well loved still.

Photos are expensive at the end £20 I think it was for a scrapbook with two photos in you cannot buy Seperates. But you do get 1 Free.

Just wanted to say a HUGE THANKYOU to staff for giving us this magical Christmas experience. It will be truly treasured. On our day it was pretty rainy and we wasn’t covered from it, I struggled to get around but griped my family it was very muddy and slippery. The ice rink was literally flooded my husband and 2yr old slipped and ended up drowned. The experiences are inside and are magical. Food is a little expensive but was ok. Our day was very very busy too busy for us. Most shops were full and u struggled to get around them. But it was well thought and planned out. We went early to Santa, Santa was brilliant and they got a long time with him talking away to them. Beautiful gifts and then we was directed to the way out / photo pickup, that part could do with extra signs or an elf to help us and a few others got a little lost but made it.

You get to see all your photos at this point and can either buy a scrapbook £20 2 photos lovely presentation but none of ours turned out ok so we stuck with our free one.

My youngest fav part was Mrs Claus and helping decorate (eat the sweets) buiscuts.

My other girl loved the toy factory and the husky’s. They believed the whole thing and it has given us cherished memories that we will never forget. One of the best Christmas experiences we’ve been too. Thankyou x

User

For the little folk it truly does not matter that you are not traveling by plane to meet Father Christmas. As far as they are concerned the moment they travel through those magic doors the magic comes alive. Everything a child could wish for is here in this one stop tour of Lapland. Nothing else matters! The organisation the attention to detail males this a 5* attraction. I would book tomorrow in a heartbeat. These days we are all too quick to see our little ones grow up but I for one would like to keep my child young for as long as possible and this is the place to do it. I believe in the magic of Christmas 💞💞💞 thank you one and all for this amazing experience! See you again next year! Merry Christmas 😊

User

Fantastic attention by Geoff the Communications Director when i had a problem with booking! We are now all booked and really looking forward to our visit in December this year!

Well done for the fantastic service Lapland UK Team!

User

An amazing magical experience. I can’t recommend it enough. It was truly beautiful and our experience was seamless and spot on. It’s so authentic and just what you would expect for a Christmas experience.

My only criticism would be the gift from Santa could be the polar bear they help to make in the workshop to complete the magic as the children really fall in love with them but at £30 is pricey. This would make it absolutely perfect but it’s a tiny thing.....

User

6 adults and 2 children had the most amazing day. Team husky were the best. We helped The elves in the workshop make the toy polar bears putting in all the stuffing and not forgetting their . Then in to help Mother Christmas decorate the gingerbread. ( trying hard not to sample it before we get home )Next we were off to the Elf emporium to get our bells that we had earned. Don’t forget to visit Pixie Mixie to get your sweets . Onto the ice rink to show off our skills with the help of a penguin or two !! Popped into the Post Office to send Santa our final demands. Hope he gets our letters in time . Last stop in the bauble shop to choose the prettiest one and get it personalised off course . Then it’s time to see the big man himself. I don’t know how but our”Elf on the shelf “ had made its way to Santa’s cabin. He knew our friends and if we had been naughty or nice and we got the most beautiful husky dog. Thank you Lapland UK #believe #teamhusky

User

Unable to attend our booking as my daughter was far too poorly. Despite us not taking out "insurance" we were not asking for a refund we simply asked to exchange for 2018. I had one devastated 6 year old who was not only upset as she was ill but also inconsolable that she was unable to meet Father Christmas. To be able to tell her that the elves had arranged for her to go next year would've been so nice but unfortunately your greed has proved otherwise. The fact that you are happy to take £500 & not even offer an exchange of date nor even send the husky toy or any other package of goodies showing some sympathy is disgusting. We even had "elf money" that could not be used.

The pictures look amazing IF you can go BUT if there is a problem at all then be prepared to be extremely disappointed. You would think a company that is dealing with "Christmas spirit" & children would be more sympathetic but no.
