Went into store to purchase a watch as a gift and had glorious service. The store is beautiful, staff are friendly and the watch is a dream. Will definitely visit again!

Visited the store this weekend while out searching for a gift for my Mum. The staff in there were so helpful and patient with me while browsing at different styles. I will definitely be going back to treat myself at Christmas time.

Had an amazing customer experience in the store on Monmouth street. I needed a repair for my L&J watch and Robin helped me straight away and was really helpful and kind. Great service!

Great customer service. Staff were really welcoming and made me feel at ease through the buying process. I was made a coffee and then was talked through the different models and different features of their current selection so I could make an informed decision about a watch that was right for me. Would definitely recommend. Great service, great staff and an overall pleasant shopping experience, well worth the five stars!

Great customer service, when walked in the store wasn't that familiar with the different products- actually at all. But the team was super helpful and gave me loads of information- would definitely stop by during my Xmas gift shopping !

Fantastic store and service could not be better. My Husband bought me a watch and I wanted an extra strap. The store staff listened to my requirements and I came away not only with the strap I wanted but it personalized as well. Would recommend if you want a watch that is not only stylish but also quality service to go with it

Lovely watches, until something goes wrong. Took watch in to store on L&J customer service advice for repairs. In store people pretty rude because I’d bought the watch at Liberty and not at L&J store. That was at beginning of November. Was told it would be 4-6wks for repair. Beginning of Dec I get an email saying that it will be 4-6wks from that point. Several emails and comments on here later, and still no reply to my email enquiring about the lengthy delay. Really disappointing service all round.

Customer service is not optimal. I have been in communications with Larsson & Jennings since Dec. 4, just to order a wrist watch! Please, what is the status of my LJCS1339 order?

Ordered 6 watches in early May for my WEDDING. 1 month later I've only received 2 watches despite full payment being taken. No response to my multiple emails. No one seems to ever pick-up the telephone either.



I'd like my watches delivered ASAP or money back please.

Pretty disappointed with L&J. Watch sent back once as it didnt keep time. Then "repaired" and still doesnt keep time. Sent a message to CEO on Linkedin who didnt respond. I won't be shopping here again

One of the worst company ever. Have bought watch from many Swedish company before like Daniel wellington and the customer service are always good. I ordered 5 watches from this website and none of the watches has been delivered yet, I mean it said that it will take 5-7days to ship it to Sweden, but it has been almost 30days now. Try to call the office in London more the 20times and their phone are always busy. Tried to email them and no answer after 2 weeks. I will never recommend this brand to anyone. If you have the same problem like me, I will recommend you to go to the Swedish consumer agency for help.

My watch stopped working after 3 months of having it, I took it in store to be sent for repair - which they told me would take up to 6 weeks. 2 months later, I've been in and out of the shop at least once a week, sent countless emails rarely with a response and called customer service a number of times, of which a call has never been picked up. In store they say they have the watch, then it's suddenly gone?! And the best part, they are now telling me I've already collected it?! I would never ever buy or recommend anyone to buy a watch from this company.
