I was appointed as student ambassador for three, consecutive years, during my degree. My role involved giving tours, advice and recommendations to prospective students, from across the world. I would highly recommend LDG to anyone planning to live in London.



LDG offers a unique combination of estate agent services, and introductory services as well. This is particularly helpful for international people. For instance one of my housemates moved in from China. Whereas the third tenant was French. Our house was in the W1 area. Hence it was easy, and affordable, to get to and from all of London’s airports. Also the fact that the property was so central meant that we hardly ever used public transport!



There were no surprises, or hidden costs. On the contrary, our consultant gave us tips on how to cut down on living expenses. What’s more, most key establishments have flagship offices in Central London. (ie. banks, law firms & corporations etc.) Hence LDG properties are also ideal for people looking to pursue internships, career opportunities, and professional training programs. In addition, being able to say that you live in Central London is a huge plus!

Really happy with LDG, I couldn’t have asked for them to do anything more. Definitely will be using them again.

Had a short interaction with this agency through the Airbnb platform. They attempted to bypass Airbnb's fees by requesting additional payment cash in hand (a violation of the website's terms). After expressing my concern I received no word back from them. From my perspective, they seem untrustworthy.



Their initial response was quick however, which is useful when trying to plan trips.

WORST ever service. I am in no way recommending this agency. Dealing with them is such a headache! First of all, you can't expect things to get done. I had to wait MONTHS and i am still waiting for repairs to get done in my flat. Imagine, these include nonmajor repairs. Aside from that, I did not receive any updates, leaving me to wonder if there was an agent there to help me at all. I had to push for an answer almost every week to every other week...even then, replies take forever. I dont think there is an acceptable excuse, given the length of time i've waited. I'm sure my flatmates have the same sentiment.
