Superb excellent advice great atmosphere

Not many gyms offer brilliant one to one sessions! Excellent for beginners who haven't used a gym before or those who have and haven't really been sure what to do. Friendly atmosphere every time I go in and starting to see the results already! I'm the happiest I've been with my body in years and it's all thanks to lemans fitness xxx

Never thought I could go to a gym, but this is a friendly, informal place that has actually kept me coming back. It's hard not to admire Scott for his determination and hard work in setting it up and good luck to the fellow as I don't want to go anywhere else now...

Just had my third PT session,have now met three PT's and each work out has been different,hard but very rewarding.Pts push you to your best and make you work out hard,but they are so nice and really motivating,not sure I will be able to move tomorrow,but hopeful to be fit in no time.Thank you guys for great work out x

Ive only just started at the gym a week or so ago. its the first time ive joined a gym, and from the time i stepped in there ive felt welcome comfortable and confident the guys are amazing, they are approachable and make you feel nothing is too much or too silly to ask. Its just simply amazing im addicted to going as much as i can already!

I won 2nd place in a fb competition for a months free gym I was very nervous and hadn't been to the gym for many many years as worried about what people would say, love the fact it's a little gym and have now been 2 days on the trot and both Jack and Dean were very good in the sessions I did .

I moved to this gym a few weeks ago and I am seeing good results already, which is very pleasing. Update August 2017; still a member, still enjoying it, still think it's great. Paid up until April 2018, sorry trainers! ’┐Į’┐Į

I joined Lemans a month ago after a break from exercising. ItŌĆÖs a great set up. Turn up anytime of day and have a great workout with one of their excellent personal trainers. Everyone is really friendly. Each session will be different and each trainer brings their own experience and different workouts. Already feeling fitter.

I joined Leman's Fitness after coming back from travelling, I wanted to get back into shape and rediscover my love for fitness. Leman's Fitness caters to everyone's goals, they are dedicated to helping you achieve your ideal body shape/weight; we are given progress checkups every week to see how are bodies are changing for the better. I am continually supported by Leman's Fitness, whether it's the friendly text reminding me to come for a workout, or the tailored-made shopping list, in my opinion it is the best gym in the area, always striving to make sure you're happy and getting those results. Leman's Fitness is definitely my happy place.

I came in Tuesday for a taster session. I was very nervous as a self conscious overweight woman, who has never set foot in a gym in my 41 years, and have had no structured excersize for a long time. Dean made me feel very at ease (certainly made me feel like I'd worked hard) and was very encouraging the whole time. I signed up at the end of that session. Have since met Scott, also lovely and very encouraging. Had my second session with Max today, i suspect I'm going to feel it tomorrow, but hey no pain, no gain right? . I can't find enough good things to say the staff that I have met so far. Looking forward to being slimmer and fitter.

Had a rocky first session but since I have had some great sessions here and loved it! Great friendly staff that really listen to what you want to achieve and help towards your own personal goals. Each session hasnŌĆÖt been easy but I needed the push and they defiantly make you work hard and feel the burn.

Great gym to train at forall abilities, the trainers really care about what they do which makes the place unique. Have already recommended Lehmans fitness to friends and will continue to do so!

Great PTŌĆÖs & always up for a laugh, nice personal gym.

Friendly atmosphere and really makes the most of the space they have available , has been a pleasure working out and achieving my goals in a place that I enjoy spending my time.

After spending 11months with a great personal trainer I decided to join lemans fitness braintree, having never been to a gym before I had no idea what to expect and was surprised to find that I have been motivated enough to attend at least three times a week. I've trained with Scott, Courtney and Dean and found all three to be helpful and efficient in their training methods. I've found the gym to be friendly, good value for money and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get fit.

After being recommended by so many people I decided to pop down today and done a workout with a PT (Dean), I haven't done any exercise in a couple of years but the guys there are so helpful and reassuring. They just give you little extra push you don't get when you work out on your own. Would highly recommend to anyone can't wait for tomorrows workout ’┐Į

3 months in and 11 inches lost total. I love the atmosphere and thoroughly look forward to attending each week!
