Lovely little French restaurant, food is amazing, staff really friendly and helpful. We got a groupon voucher £20 per person for a 3 course meal and a glass of wine or prosecco, well worth doing. Cocktails are delicious. Will definitely go back.

I was highly impressed with the service, ambience, the starters, main and dessert. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant again. Brilliant

Had a brilliant lunch here today. Food well presented, and very tasty. Good value for money. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend to others and will revisit in 2017.

Excellent little French restaurant which we visited on a Groupon deal. Despite this there was a great choice of meals and every course was tasty, freshly cooked and well presented. The service was very friendly and efficient and we would recommend this to someone for lunch, pre-theatre or evening. Great find.

Dined here early on a Saturday evening using a Groupon offer with my partner . Staff were excellent , food was lovely and tastefully presented. Service was superb- I could not recommend it more.

This was a gift for my birthday. The restaurant wasn't very busy , but the area is full of places to eat . This was a much nicer eatery. The food was good , included in my birthday gift was a glass of wine or fiz. We didn't care for the wine we where given, although we drank it.We ordered a bottle of our favourite wine New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc , which was lovely � overall it's a nice place , probably more atmosphere in the evening!

Lunch with girlfriends having bought Groupon vouchers (£20 pp for 3-course meal and a glass of fizz); was surprised and delighted not to be handed a special menu but the a la carte from which we could select a starter, main and pudding (not the grill or other subsections). The food was extremely tasty, well presented and generous in portion; the service was brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending L'Etoile or, indeed, returning.

Staff lovely very welcoming, atmosphere true to it's origin . Our evening was a gift & the choice was from the main menu without question. The portions were adequate. All 3 courses were of a fair standard but tasted bland,just didn't have that French 'Zing!' & full of flavour the French are known for. No reason to complain but just disappointed.
