Fingers crossed that we have seen the last of the storms, then we can go outside for CIRCUITS tonight......great session planned, who's coming? 8pm, £5, at Jocks Lane Community Hall, Bracknell

Circuit class will be outside at Jocks Lane tonight, (up on the field behind the paddling pool) be criminal to stay inside on such a glorious day, 8pm, only a fiver and I've got a cracking session planned. See you there. Aerobics however will be inside, starts at 7pm

Summer is a great time to make important changes to your lifestyle. The warmer weather, and hopefully more sunshine naturally make us feel better about ourselves and more receptive to making change. Try and get more active this summer, look to getting out on your bike, going for a brisk walk, joining a fitness class at your local community centre, or sign up with a Personal Trainer. Look to your diet and make a few small changes by eat more wholefoods. Make these things habit now, and they will come more naturally to you when the evenings draw in, and our motivation takes a natural dip. Good luck everyone, lets get more active :)

Got a cold? Stopping you from training and enjoying the sunshine? Drink plenty of water, and eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Remember, if the symptoms are above the neck, carry on but taper your intensity.....if the symptoms are from the neck down, take a few days out to recover and return stronger than you were before. "A stitch in time..." so true!!
