Great store!
Brilliant new store, well stocked and tidy. Self service tills are a great addition by Lidl and a separate area in the car park to charge electric cars.
New Dover store. Please give a gold star to Dillon, on till duty. He was helpful and patient. Much appreciated.
Some of my fragile shopping has been squashed / bruised because the checkout girl shot the goods down behind her and then piled heavy goods on top. I couldn't get past the person she'd just rushed through as they were still packing. I am very disappointed. Not the way to be served is it.
Well that was interesting shop at Lidl in Whitfield Dover. Get to the end and the cashier asked if our little Alice had eaten a donut on the way round.... the security guard lurking near by... “umm no” then she said “the security guard saw her” then I informed, they had the wrong girl. The girl I saw eating a donut was in a trolly with a red Tshirt and a clear difference in age and ethnic back ground was doing said eating. We did seem to wonder why the security guard had been following us around the store, scowling at us. To be fair if Alice had done it, she would of covered not only her whole face in the pink frosting it had on it, but her clothing as well. Me and my wife are shocked and applauded for our daughter to be accused of such a thing! We keep a close eye on her as she’s such a monkey any way. To top it all off the cashier and security guard did not even apologise for the accusation... disappointed in your staff Lidl is just a small understatement.
