Linda Slimmingworld Colchester

This is the best slimming group ever,belive you me i know ive tried every diet,club, fad food ever invented. Linda is an excellent consultant,nothing is ever too much trouble for her and her knowledge of foods etc is second to none. The groups are like my second family,everybody is friendly, helpfull and kind even if we havent met each other. The food plan is not diet grub,its normal foods,obviously there are limits, just prepared and cooked the sw way. I highly recommend Slimming World and hope never ever to give it up. Ex

Really looking forward to starting afresh on Thursday 2nd June after almost 4ths of being unable to face people and groups. Very nervous about staring at the later session but hoping the smaller group will be easier to cope. Either way it will be run by the lovely Linda who has been such a great support to me through my problems .I could not wish for a more understanding group leader

Loved Lindas classes, felt so welcome. Its just a shame I cant get to Lindas classes due to work commitments now.

I'm so happy I went through the door of Linda's group three months ago! I didn't believe Slimming World will help me to lose weight, same as many other diets I tried in the past. But this one is completely different. People in Linda's group I go to are more than friendly and Linda herself is supportive like no one else I met before. No judgement at all. Pure support. And enjoyment of preparing and eating food! Not at all like dieting. Not only we may eat as much as we want but our meals are customised to our own taste. I'm slimmer, I'm much healthier. What else would I want?

I wish all people with weight problems and health issues try Slimming World with Linda.

I started Slimming World 6 weeks ago at Greenstead on a Wed Evening, I have lost 12lb so far and could not have done it without the help from our leader Linda she is amazing as are the rest of my slimming buddies and I feel a totally different person already, confidence and all, and I know it's only going to get better, thank you all. If anyone is thinking of giving it a go, just do it, in the end the results will be amazing.

I joined sw 18 weeks ago, so far I've lossed over two stone, Linda is the most amazing lady who is a great support, we are a great sw family and welcome new ppl all the time, this lady always finds the time to boost your spirits, she is long life committed to helping each and every one of us I've had some hard days but find your inner strength and sw will help you reach your goal and stay on track, Give it a try come join Linda group all welcome.

I joined slimming world in April this year 6 weeks after having my baby. I have lost 2 1/2 stone so far with the help of our amazing highwoods consultant Linda, she is quite simply the best slimming world consultant in Colchester. She is so supportive and caring X

I joined slimming world because I was so unhappy with my weight. since joining , I have lost 1 stone 1Lb. I still have a long way to go but this is the best diet I have done. because it's just about food optimising. it's so easy to follow and the support I get from the group is amazing. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to lose weight to join slimming world.

I joined slimming world 12 weeks ago and have lost 26lb it really does work and I enjoy my meals and never feel hungry.Linda's group and page have helped so much for me to get were I am now

I can't express how very happy I am now compared to before I joined Slimming World, I thought it would be one of those difficult diets, but boy was I wrong. The diet is very easy to follow, ok there are days when you want to be naughty, but, with so many many others so kind and helpful you just know that those days are easy to get through. Linda Duncan, is so kind, generous, helpful, and there for us every step (pound) of the way, she makes you feel like she is there losing every lb with you. I absolutely love this group! I am amazed by how much weight I have lost and all the ideas and support is never ending and easy accessible all throughout the weeks. As a uni student trying to lose weight but still enjoy nights out and make memories, Linda has helped me to learn and make better decisions. This journey hasn't been the easiest, and I've been tempted to give up many times but Linda has managed to steer me back in the right direction. The group has become the one thing that I look forward to all week, even if I have gained, I love to see how everyone else has done. Going to slimming world has not only allowed me to become more healthy physically but mentally, it has done wonders. I have never felt more confident and this could be due to the size difference (gone from a 16-18 to a 10-12). I absolutely love this group and Linda is a brilliant consultant
