Just a quick tip for mummies, when you pack your suitcase, whack the talc in your beach bag, perfect for removing sand off the kids, just sprinkle on and the sand is gone! Thank me later 👍🏻😬

I have bought from Little Boutini several times and not only have I been very impressed with the quality and price of the goods but received them quickly and without problem! Very bad service. I paid for a tracksuit over a month ago I was sent the wrong size twice! Communication is terrible it would take up to 4 days for a reply! Had to open a PayPal dispute. And I still never got what I paid for! I would not recommend!!

This is a long review but worth reading, save yourself some valuable time and shop elsewhere. This is the most dishonest company I've ever had the displeasure of shopping with. I am having to write this review again as a member of staff has deleted my original review after a few weeks thinking I wouldn't notice.



This is genuinely the worst online shopping experience I've ever had with a small business.I purchased a back to school item, payment all went through without any trouble and I received a confirmation email, that's where any positives stop. After waiting a few days and hearing nothing I emailed Little Boutini, which I ended up having to do several times and still received no response. To cut a very long story short, I had to end up calling the store and was promised call backs from this company that never materialised. The owner assured me on more than one occasion that my item had been sent out to me. They even provided a false tracking number!! They left me believing for almost two weeks that I would be receiving the item I ordered! I had informed them that I required the item in time for my daughter starting school, they had ample opportunity to be honest with me and tell me it was not on its way, yet they continued with their lies and as a result my daughter did not have her jacket in time for starting school. I was blocked from commenting on the Facebook page and as a result I had to open another account in order to communicate with them and leave a review. There was an influx of positive reviews on the 24th/25th August where I think the owner had asked for a few sympathy reviews in response to my negative one (some were even from her friends list.) Also, in response to my having to open another account to leave my honest review the owner accused me of trolling!! There was a gentleman who also left a negative review (that she has since deleted) and she accused him of trolling also! I think she thought it had something to do with me but I didn't even know him! What a way to run your business.



I've seen some things in my time but the fact this company actually provided me with a false tracking number to try to appease me just shows how untrustworthy they are! Please see below for proof of the lies this company told.

Terrible service and poor communication. Staff do not respond to email enquiries or phone calls. Once they have your money they don't care whether you receive your item or not. Take my advice and shop elsewhere.
