LMM Sports Therapy offers; Injury Assessment, Sports Massage, Injury Rehabilitation, Electrotherapy, Medical Acupuncture and Kinesiology Taping

Lisa graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2014 with a Sports Therapy BSc (Hons) degree. Shortly after her graduation, Lisa founded LMM Sports Therapy which operates a mobile Sports Therapy service in the North Yorkshire area and is also available at the Family Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Centre in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

At your initial consultation appointment, Lisa will carry out a postural analysis and injury assessment to determine the underlying issue in the musculo-skeletal system causing you pain in order to provide a more accurate treatment plan.
During each treatment session you have with Lisa, she will aim to help you become pain free using various different modalities including medical acupuncture, electrotherapy, kinesio taping, and of course, sports massage.
Lisa's overall goal is help you prevent reoccurring injuries and manage your day to pain with home care and / or rehabilitation programmes.
