If you're doing this at home & don't have equipment do the banded exercises without, just slow down & try the tap pike using a chair, stairs or take to the floor.

1. @bosu_fitness arnie dumbbell presses (the Bosu adds extra intensity as I squeeze it hard with my knees, which switches on my adductors & obliques & forces me to try to keep my #core engaged, rib cage flat & prevents me from arching (well that's the idea!) . 2. Strict barbell military press (again notice the bench which I straddle so I can squeeze it, again for...cing me to keep my form. The weight was a bit too heavy hence the last rep was starting to look like a push-press & this ain't no @crossfit session.
Primary reason for the pairing? Time Under Tension. Using these two compound exercises in the same set certainly does just that. Add it into your weekend workout & let us know how you get on below
