I felt I must write a review. We purchased our dining table, two benches and two chairs from you. The Padang range.

It is absolutely beautiful and just perfect.

We knew we had made the right choice but every trades man we have had in to do different jobs has confirmed it too. Everybody swoons over it and adores it as much as we do.

Customer service I've received has been nothing short of excellent. Petar has been excellent. A big thank you from the Davies' Lombok!

Absolutely amazing service! My wife and I bought a custom sized corner sofa through Lombok and I can say I've never had better service or a better product. The sales and design teams were unbelievably helpful with helping us choose the fabric covering to fit our budget and the final product is better than I could ever have imagined. Delivery was prompt and the team were so helpful as my wife was pregnant at the time! 5 star service from a 5 star company. Would recommend to anyone.

Lombok - Poor customer service. Placed an order a week ago, paid for it and NOTHING. My call answered by a third party who told me I have to wait 48hrs for a response. I’ll be cancelling this order now and the subsequent order I was looking to add on. VERY POOR.

order placed 13 days ago, and received an email stating that the "Web Customer Experience Team will contact you within 2-3 working days from your order being placed" . Well I have had no contact from yourselves, and no sign of my order. I wish I had seen the poor reviews on this page before paying out any money. refuse to call your phone number anymore, as lines are not answered. Would not recommend this company in the least.

Worst customer service!!! I have chased and chased on the delivery of a large furniture item I ordered online and nothing! They’ve taken my money and won’t respond! Every time you call the number on their website you don’t even get through to staff, only a messaging service. Horrific customer care.

We ordered two sofa's and other furniture from Lombok 7 years ago when we moved to our new house and the customer service was awful then. Their products are great but service levels just about the worst I have encountered. Unfortunately, I had forgotten all of this when I ordered some other furniture recently. I am now experiencing the same level of frustration as 7 years ago and in line with many of the other comments below. Come on Lombok it's not hard to have a customer service team that manages orders, you cannot just ignore your clients!

Very shoddy service indead from someone who does not know how to place and deliver orders or even able to send invoices for furniture that is purchased at the Tottenham court Road shop back in December and not delivered to this day! I recommend you employ more experience professional staff who know what they are doing.

Very poor customer service. Promised to call a day after purchase to say when furniture will be delivered and nobody called. Contacted customer service who is only passing a message to the company and someone called to say that delivery will be in 2 days and that someone will contact me one day before to agree the timeslot. Nobody called. Today I was supposed to get my furniture delivered and nobody called yet or delivered it. Contacted customer service twice with no results - they passed the message but said someone will contact me in 48 hours!!!! Not worth the hassle and very unprofessional.

Very disappointed with your customer service. I ordered an item of furniture worth approximately £900.00 using your 0% finance. I received an order confirmation by e-mail saying I will be contacted with a delivery date. After waiting 10 days without receiving it, I went into your shop to be told by customer services that the order had not been processed, as you hadn't sent me the finance forms to complete, and I would have to order the item again. If you value your customers so little, why should I have to sort out your inability to process an order? I never heard from your company again. Quality furniture, but terrible, and uninterested, customer service is letting your business down. There are plenty of other furniture companies that would welcome my custom.

Customer service a joke, still waiting for someone to call back after 4 days on their call back system despite telling me it would be 24 hours. 3further calls has not helped. Terrible service. Ordered bed mid April with planned delivery early June. End of May email to suggest delivery delayed by 7-9weeks. Sent further email mid June asking for progress- same stock pile response. No response to specific questions asked. No phone calls from management as promised. Latest delivery to warehouse early Sept! Decided not to bother wasting my time any longer especially after reading other reviews. Processing refund through my credit card company.

Poor service. Placed an order in May for a Nusa loose cover and have been chasing this ever since.

Was advised they have had supplier issues and that the supplier was now changing.

Still no update on availability.

Was very surprised to see the sofa is now discounted in the sale by 50%. Very surprised as they are having huge issues finding a supplier to make them. Surprised as by putting it in the sale at a 50% discount they are encouraging customers to place orders on an item they are unable to supply. Surely this is a little immoral?

PLEASE can i have an update and delivery of my order placed in good faith in May!

Ordered a new dining table at the beginning of May and confirmation email says 3-4 days delivery. Still waiting but can’t get through to customer services to find out when it will be delivered. I've been waiting for a bed for over 10 months since I ordered it. Lombok don't respond to emails and don't have a customer services line. Instead when you call what is purportedly their customer services line, it's a 3rd party messaging service where all the staff do is 'pass on a message' to Lombok whcih then never gets answered. Interestingly I recently recieved a letter from a 'new director' who acknowledged their customer service issues and informed me that change was on the way! 2 months later, I see no changes and am left being unable to speak to anyone from Lombok to determine where my bed is I've waited 10 months for. Lombok have some great products, but the problem is you can't actually own the product you want - only pay for it.... *sigh*...

Customer service company can offer nothing other than 'we will pass your message on'. Are you guys really that scared of picking up the phone????? What does that say to your customers???? I made two orders through Lombok. The second totalling over £150. It still hasn’t arrived & I paid for this in February. I have left messages with their obsolete messaging service SIX times & emailed Lombok several times also. I have now given up all hope of any contact & going to seek advice from Trading Standards or a consumer ombudsman to take further action. I’ll never purchase anything from this company again & would advise others not to do so either. How on earth is it legal to take a customers money without supplying any goods or any explanation and then provide no means of contact for customer service?? Absolutely criminal. It’s not surprising that there are so many poor 1 star reviews.

Terrible customer service and though I love Lombok products, it has put me off ordering from them again. I'm hoping someone will respond as a result of this review as I'm unsure how best to proceed now....

I bought a coffee table. After 4 months the wood dried out and one panel split. The company would not exchange or refund though there is supposed to be 1 year warranty. They offered £40 good will gesture and repair which was very visible. Few weeks later it split even more and they promised to replace the plank but when the table returned the splits were just filed down and new ones appeared elsewhere. I have now been told it is supposed to look rustic!

Have just waited in all day for a confirmed delivery of a £900 coffee table. Nothing has showed up despite numerous emails and calls to their virtual call answering service.

The most frustrating issue being I could have been at work today but have now wasted an entire day.

To say that I’m extremely annoyed is an understatement. You expect a premium service when paying premium prices.
